• 238 Parks Hwy - Prepare for an extraordinary adventure. This is Alaska’s first and only survival tour. An experienced survivalist guide will collect you from your hotel and escort you to the woods near Denali National Park. As you journey into the forest, they will highlight edible plants and berries.

Once the guide finds an ideal location, they will pause to impart genuine survival skills. These techniques have been utilized for generations by the indigenous Athabaskan peoples, as well as pioneers and survivalists who challenged themselves in this formidable terrain.

Participants will learn how to select a suitable site for a shelter and what actions to take during the initial 5 days of a survival scenario. The guide will demonstrate how to ignite a fire using only a shoelace. Together, you will construct a shelter warm enough for sleeping without a pad or bag.

Expect to gain a profound understanding and appreciation for Denali and the wilderness. Having traveled thousands of miles to reach this destination, don’t restrict your vacation to surface-level experiences.
