Must not be missed you will want to return ! - Absolutely amazing experience we were collected from our hotel by a lovely gentleman who told us he is an accountant by day , very good English and a polite safe driver The spa was excellent value for money so relaxing and chilled LILY and FA attended to our every need and were so friendly and talented masseurs we enjoyed it so much we are returning the day before we depart to do it all again and have requested LILY and FA again !

Good value for the money - This was the highlight of our vacation. Loved the experience and it was good value for the money. Our massagist Be & Oy were amazing!

Spa - The spa and staff were amazing. We booked this through our hotel, this included a free transfer to the spa. Highly recommended

Best Spa Experience Ever - Best Spa Experience Ever I opted for the Hamam treatment following Fatih’s and Bünyamin’s detailed explanation of the different treatments available. Thank you gentlemen. The staff were amazing. You are treated like a VIP throughout. The spa area, rooms, lounge was very clean. It was a wonderful experience. You feel refreshed and relaxed after. I have not had a back pain since. The masseuses (Som and Eva) were amazing and very polite. You are given an option for Turkish tea or champagne at the end. I opted for champagne but after tasting my sister in law’s Turkish tea, I requested for the tea and they gladly brought one for me. The treatment consists of a sauna, steam, hamam with hot stones, massage and face mask and a relaxation time. It is definitely good value for money and will recommend Orient Luxury Spa at the Avena Resort and Spa hotel whenever you are in Turkey.

10/10 - The first time I did Hamam and wow is really happy with everything! Never felt so clean and fresh. Good price and good service. They took care of their guests. The owners were very nice and service mind. Got more rounds of tea. When I stayed at another hotel they helped me transfer home. 10/10 experience! Will come here next time I visit Alanya.

Amazing Experience - The manager himself was very polite and explained all the different massage offers and prices, all very affordable and located in Avena Hotel. The massage experience was PERFECT. Could not ask for better. 10/10 will recommend. If you come to Alanya, make sure you come to get your massage here Thank you to the manager and thank you the masseuses too who did a beautiful job. I suggest the Sultan Program !

Wonderful spa, staff go above and beyond! - I booked a visit to this spa with my mom while we were in Turkey. We booked through revolut and there wasn’t any information in regards to pick-up location and requirements. We later found out when we called that it cannot be outside of Antalya and free pickup only applies to parties of 4+. I admit that we should have done a little more research! However when we called, the staff was so friendly and helpful, and came to the solution that they would pick us up from our hotel for free despite it being over 25km away as they would be near the area if we went that day instead of the next. We were incredibly grateful for this accommodation. We were beyond impressed by the spa. The atmosphere was comfortable and friendly, with staff taking care of you every step of the way. We in particular were served by Sibel and Fatih and we can’t thank them enough! The sauna and steam room (although perhaps not my thing!) were very high quality. The hammam was wonderful. The fruits, champagne and face mask were a really nice treat in between. Finally, the massage was incredible! That hour felt like 15 minutes. I would 100% recommend this spa to anyone and if I’m ever in the area again I will definitely return. Thank you!

Never ever - Just underground. I'll be brief: we were sold a package for over 150 euros. The touted massage , using 4 different techniques, was a total wash. "My masseur", I suspect that this gentleman has no experience and/or is certainly not a skilled masseur. The supposed lymphatic drainage was not performed properly. The uncomfortable caressing over my body had nothing to do with therapy massage. The Lord seemed listless and overwhelmed. The whispers of the "Thai colleague" should probably guide him through the massage. The duration of the massage was limited to 40 minutes. We were promised 60 minutes. The rooms such as baths , fish baths etc. seem unhygienic and suggest an insufficient hygiene concept. My partner's urinary tract infection also leaves room for speculation. After this hopefully non-traumatic experience, we were given various creams as compensation. After we got back home, I had a dermatologist appointment. Face and neck covered with pustules. All in all we had such a nice week in Turkey. Hopefully we can process this "spa experience" soon.
