• Gizeh Plateau - Begin at 8:00 am with a pickup from your hotel in Cairo or Giza by a tour guide to embark on a full-day tour of Giza. Visit the Giza Pyramids, including the Great Pyramids of Giza - Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos. Explore the Valley Temple, where priests mummified King Chephren, the owner of the second pyramid at Giza Plateau. This is also where you can get a close-up view of the Sphinx.
• Great Pyramid of Cheops (Khufu) - Khufu’s pyramid complex includes a valley temple, now beneath the village of Nazlet el-Samman. Diabase paving and nummulitic limestone walls have been discovered, but the site remains unexcavated. The valley temple was linked to a causeway, mostly destroyed during the village’s construction.
• Khafre’s Pyramid - Khafre’s pyramid complex features a valley temple, the Sphinx temple, a causeway, a mortuary temple, and the king’s pyramid. The valley temple revealed several statues of Khafre, some found in a well by Mariette in 1860, with others uncovered in later excavations by Sieglin (1909–10), Junker, and Reisner.
• Menkaure Pyramid - Menkaure’s pyramid complex includes a valley temple, a causeway, a mortuary temple, and the king’s pyramid. The valley temple once housed several statues of Menkaure. During the 5th Dynasty, a smaller ante-temple was added to the valley temple. The mortuary temple also contained several statues of Menkaure.
• Great Sphinx - Visit the Sphinx, the legendary guardian with a lion’s body and the head of King Chephren, standing by the vast funeral complex. (2.30 hours spent)

• Memphis and Sakkara - Continue the day tour to Memphis City, the ancient capital of Egypt, home to the colossal statue of Ramses II and the great Alabaster Sphinx. This city dates back to 3100 B.C. (1 hour)

At the end of the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

• Saqqara (Sakkara) Pyramids - Proceed with the day tour to Sakkara, located just 27 km southwest of Cairo. Visit the Step Pyramid (built for King Zoser), an important part of the pyramid evolution process, transitioning from the simple mastaba to its well-known form. (2 hours)
• Statue of Ramses II - The Statue of Ramesses II is a 3,200-year-old figure depicting him standing. Discovered in 1820 by Giovanni Battista Caviglia at the Great Temple of Ptah near Memphis, Egypt, it is made from limestone and weighs 83 tons. This statue was created to commemorate the victory over the Hittites in the Battle of Kadesh in 1274 B.C.
• Pyramid of Unas - The Pyramid of Unas (Egyptian: Nfr swt Wnjs “Beautiful are the places of Unas”) is a smooth-sided pyramid built in the 24th century BC for Pharaoh Unas, the ninth and final king of the Fifth Dynasty. It is the smallest Old Kingdom pyramid but significant for the discovery of Pyramid Texts, spells for the king’s afterlife inscribed into the walls of its subterranean chambers. First inscribed in Unas’s pyramid, the tradition of funerary texts continued in the pyramids of later rulers, through to the end of the Old Kingdom, and into the Middle Kingdom with the Coffin Texts that form the basis of the Book of the Dead.
• Pyramid of Teti - The Pyramid of Teti, located in Saqqara, Egypt, is a fascinating ancient structure built as the final resting place for Pharaoh Teti. It stands as a testament to the ingenuity and architectural skill of the Old Kingdom, attracting visitors worldwide with its impressive size and historical significance. Explore the chambers and corridors of this pyramid to uncover the mysteries of ancient Egypt and immerse yourself in the rich history of this iconic landmark.
• Mastaba of Ti - The Mastaba of Ti is one of the most significant archaeological sites in Saqqara. Discovered by Auguste Mariette, the mastaba contains two serdabs. The tomb walls depict various scenes of everyday life.
