Amazing Northern lights tour - Wow what an amazing experience ! Siggy our tour guide was excellent from start to finish . He drove us around different areas searching for the lights . At first the lights we saw were quite weak , Siggy didn't give up and took us to one more place and we waited and waited and then we saw the most amazing show ! Siggy was very knowledgable and helpful . I highly recommend!

Awesome Experiences! - Such a great experience! Thor was a great guide and we felt so lucky to get to see some awesome, dancing lights. Thank you, Thor, for driving up and down the road to ensure we found the right spot!

Magical evening with our guide Reynir - Magical evening with our guide Reynir who found a place to see the Northern Lights. Despite one night with a 3 in 10 chance to observe the Northern Lights, we were able to experience this moment for two hours.

Once in a Lifetime - Our first night in Iceland and what a beautiful evening. Learning about the history and culture of this country and its people. This was more than a tour. It was an experience. Thank you for making such a great memory for us. We will forever want to return.

Great guide - The Reynir guide/driver was great. He took us to various sites to find the most suitable and waited patiently with us despite the cold. Very kind and He took pictures with his professional camera and sent them to us. Offers hot chocolate and typical desserts.

Fantastic experience: Spotting Northern Lights with Reynir! - A fantastic experience we had with Reynir as guide, super nice, experienced and very flexible! We had already made an appointment for 2 days later and were on our way back, when Reynir suddenly saw some movement in the air. Turned around and reinstalled and yes, there was the beautiful Northern Lights. Reynir took pictures of and for us and shared them with us. Super satisfied, thank you so much!

Disappointed with the service - We were very disappointed not because we couldn't see the northern lights. In fact we saw it just mins after we started the trip. The lights were beautiful and dancing but when we asked the tour guide to help take pictures, she had no tools to help us and not only that, she decided we should go up hills to see the lights and when we finally got up there, theres no lights at all. Mins later she decided to drive all the way to another place ( note the ups and down had wasted at least 1hr plus time) when we finally arrived, theres nothing and then again, mins later, she said lets go to another place... we were v exhausted and didnt know what exactly we should expect. After midnight we finally saw a bit of northern lights and that's it. We reached hotel at 1am plus and all 4 of us wondered the total amount we spent, ( note its expensive Jeep tour with nothing, only drove us up and down ). Days later we decided to join the northern lights tour with Arctic Adventures ( its much cheaper) , even though its minibus tour, we got better service, blanket, hot chocolate and camera assistant plus good explanation of how to catch the northern lights! Days later we also had photos received from the tour website.

A good chance to see the lights that did not work out, because of the guide from my point of view. - We did not see any Northern lights and in the very last minute our tour was changed for a lower price onem without been offered any compensation. The funny thing is that we eventually saw few lights from our Hotel balcony, once the tour was finished, so I guess that the spots the guide have choosen were not the best ones. What a shame !3 hours in the bus where the heater was not working properly.
