The beauty of our exclusive experience is that you will go in a semiprivate boat and jump where the turtles live. For your safety and comfort, we have private area with lockers to take care of your personal belongings and community showers to refresh yourself before going to our next natural experience. We will drive you to our secret natural location in Tulum to jump into a fresh clear water underground river (CENOTE) to refresh yourself and see the rock formations while our certified guide explains the secrets of the magical vibe of the real mayan culture. To finish our experience, we will delight you with an authentic Mexican lunch: flautas, rice, beans and delicious lemonade. while we are on board of our comfortable transportation we will give you amenities like a cereal bar, fruit and fresh water and take you in a safety way to your location. +15 USD PER PERSON TURTLE PRESERVATION FEE.

This intimate tour was... - This intimate tour was amazing! JC made sure we were taken care of. Snorkeling was fantastic. So easy to get equipment and best. I saw 4 turtles!! It’s hard to put into words what the cenote was like. Bats, clear water, trees, and meditation in darkness. The lunch was delicious and even saw monkeys! Timing of everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Half Day Tour - JC and Elisa were awesome tour guides. Went to the ocean to see the turtles, which was awesome. Then visited a Cenote. One of the coolest things we’ve done. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely Terrific! - Perfect tour from start to finish. Seamless pickup, transportation, preparations for snorkeling in Akumal Bay, boat ride, follow-the-leader snorkeling to see tropical fish and SEA TURTLES! Turtles swam near us, bobbed their heads up and were easily visible in the very clear water. Thrilling! Then a trip to a cenote cave where we swam (not snorkeled) in an underground cave with amazing stalactites, chambers, and a total darkness experience. Again Thrilling! Loved it so much. Lastly a scrumptious "snack" but actually a filling lunch of 3 empanadas, beans, rice and lemonade (other drinks for purchase). Vendor at the picnic site had whole coconuts to sell; he lopped off a bit of the top and put in a straw so we could all drink some fresh coconut water, then he chopped off the hard coconut shell and gave us the fresh coconut meat to take with us. Scrumptious!
Last but not least, the primary reason all this was so fabulous was the staff of Paradise Adventours. Victor who worked via WhatsApp with me to make the arrangements, Juan Carlos who was our driver and tour guide and friend and helper, Cynthia who guided us on our snorkeling trip - all of them truly seemed to have our enjoyment as their number one goal. Do Do Do book with Paradise Adventours and you will not be disappointed.

This is it! - I compared many tours, but this one was such a great deal. Kids loved this tour the most. Amazing stuff, JC and Jesus. Súper friendly and respectful. They’ll try their best to make you feel comfortable. They also will try their best to make your trip as memorable as possible. Cenote was awesome, Tulum ruin was also awesome …there was nothing we didn’t like about.
Stop wasting your time browsing other tours. If you want to add or something, talk to the company. They will try their best to meet your needs!

Amazing cenote tours - I had an absolutely amazing time on my tour. I was with Sarah who was so knowledgeable and caring about the cenotes we visited. She was so nice and I had a great time with her.
I also toured with Ludo who was also very charming and kind.
If I come back I would definitely book more tours with them, there are so many options of activities to do and everyone is very helpful. Things were very organized and I appreciate the wonderful experience.

High quality tour and experience with above & beyond service - Above and beyond! This tour group is exceptional. Very clear and regular communication (didn’t happen with other providers on this vacation). The trip itself was awesome. The snorkel session included a portion of the coral reef before getting to the sea turtle area - rays, squid, and lots of turtles. Much more water and discovery than other groups in the area were getting. The Cenote was a true geographic experience, not touristy at all.
This tour was a little more expensive, but from what I could tell the value was so much more than others got. They took pictures and shared with us - a nice touch. Highly recommend! They also took us to a grocery so we could buy essentials we needed. So considerate.
I’d also add, this tour group arranged an emergency airport pick up when my pre-booked transfer no showed. Testament to what real customer service looks like (avoid Cancun Airport Transportation/eTransfers).

Book them! Obviously love what they do! - Amazing! Victor and CJ know what they are doing! Starting with a boat ride so we could start snorkeling away from the crowd, we saw turtle, squid, gorgeous fish, including rainbow and parrot fish, and many turtles. At all times they made sure we were OK and that needs and desires were being met. Then they drove us to a secluded Cenote that felt like it had been reserved privately for my family. Many stalactites and winding passages. This was followed by an amazing lunch in the jungles. Victor and CJ are extremely personable and obviously love what they do! They are top-notch. They even took us to grocery store to get some needed items. We never felt rushed.
We decided to reserve them for a ride back to the airport since they are so dependable! You will not be disappointed 💕

What an experience! - JC was very prompt in picking us up. He informed us of the travel time and what we would expect at each location. He was very helpful with translation needs and carrying our belongings and keeping them safe while we were snorkeling. The female snorkel guide was patient with us and ensured we saw every turtle we could. We appreciated having a boat take us out a little way so it was easier to float over the seagrass and make our way back to shore. The cenote was a magical experience. Bravo to JC's flashlight turning off as he was explaining the human sacrifice ritual in the cavern! 🤣 We appreciated him taking photos of us and the cenote so we didn't have to bother with our phones. Lunch was an authentic light but yummy meal. All in all JC was kind, attentive and informative. Would recommend this tour. Glad we were offered the upgrade to private for the convenience of transportation from our hotel, private snorkel guide, and the sole focus of one person.

Wonderful experience with room for improvement - Our guide was friendly and pleasant, but I would have appreciated more information about the local area, its history, and points of interest. Unfortunately, the photos he took during the tour were unusable as they came out blurry and too dark, which was quite disappointing. I was really hoping to have some nice memories captured from the experience.
