• It is recommended that you bring comfortable shoes, a swimsuit, sunglasses, a towel and biodegradable sunscreen
• Minimum age to drive is 16 years (Mandatory to show ID)
• Children ages 5 to 16 may ride with an adult on a double ATV
• Please, you must be 20 minutes before your tour, otherwise you will lose your reservation WITHOUT REFUND.
• Documents to show at the entrance of the tour Adults: Official ID, IFE or INE, temporary or permanent residence issued in Quintana Roo. Kids, Infants under 5: Official ID.
• Passengers must be at least 5 years old. The minimum height required is 1.20 metes (3 feet 9 inches).
• Maximum weight p/vehicle: Single – 175 kg ( 386 lbs) Double – 210 kg (463 lbs)
• IMPORTANT INFORMATION. After 6 PM, The Sanctuary office closes, making morning transfers challenging. For a seamless experience, we recommend booking the 2nd shift to ensure ample time for arrangements. Pickups begin 60-90 minutes before Tour time. Thank you!”
