Fun, Fact-filled Food Tour - We went on the Provencal Food Tour with our wonderful guide, Thomas Garcin. He is interesting, engaging and a passionate supporter of small, local businesses. We stopped in quaint specialty food shops which showcased products made with truffles, and small stores which sold popcorn, candies and traditional biscuits, to name a few. He also shared the history of Aix. At the conclusion of the tour, we were given a summary of the places we visited and suggestions for interesting spots to visit throughout the city. I would highly recommend this tour and guide, especially if you enjoy the culinary arts. Thank you, Thomas.

A Fabulous Culinary Journey Through Aix - Our family of five (including a 13-year-old 10-year-old and six-year-old) spent a fabulous 3 1/2 hours being guided by Thomas through the best of what Aix-En-Provence as to offer! He expertly guided us away from touristy spots and into the culinary gems that only true locals know about. All along the way, he shared in insights about the culture and history of the town. You can tell that Thomas loves the cuisine of Provence, and we received some wonderful recommendations from him for restaurants to visit. We ate and drank our way through the town, and I’m not sure who enjoyed it more, my wife and I, or our children. We were all thrilled to spend part of our day with Thomas, and would absolutely recommend it to anyone coming to town. Show up hungry, because there are a LOT of offerings throughout the tour.

Wonderful Provencal Food Tour - An excellent visit with Thomas who made us discover (and rediscover!) the best addresses and the history of the city, between anecdotes about the real recipe of tapenade and small lessons of Provençal. He also shared with us a comprehensive guide to all his recommendations in and around Aix. Thanks again!

Great tour and great tour guide - Thomas' food tour was a highlight of our trip to Provence. He took a small group to several wonderful food shops and market stalls that we would have never found on our own, and along the way told us about the history and culture of the region. Thomas is a gem. And go hungry because at each shop we got to sample the specialties.

Great way to discover best food in Aix - Thomas leads a wonderful tour to all the small and beautiful shops and markets you might well never see on your own. My daughter and I enjoyed the whole experience and the picnic by the fountain was a special highlight. Highly recommend!

Fantastic! - What a wonderful tour! Thomas is a delight and his knowledge of local foods is impressive. We made multiple stops at small shops and the markets, all purveyors of local foods. Plus 2 sit downs at a coffee shop and a waffle/crepes/ice cream shop. A particularly nice touch was the mini picnic at an ancient small water fountain. I highly recommend. Come hungry!
