A wonderful time. - Was a really great time. Silvio was a wonderful guide. We really enjoyed our day with him. Much better than renting a car and driving ourselves.

Lovely day in Provence - We had a great day with Fabien! We loved Aix en Provence. Afterwards Fabian took us to a winery for a wine tasting and lunch which was fabulous. Highly recommend this tour with Fabien.

Customer service above & beyond - I caused a mixup in our reservations. Bonjour Provence came up with a great solution and refunded me a substantial part of my cost. I did not feel that they had a legal or moral requirement to issue the refund but they did. Their driver/guides were excellent and provided a very memorable experience for our family of 20.

Aix-en provence, Cassis and Notre Dam - Frank our tour guides was wonderful and professional! He gave us a beautiful day in Marseille ! We visited the beautiful beach in Cassis, a winery and the countryside!

Beautiful day at Marseille, Cassis and Aix-en-Provence - It was an excellent excursion. Jenny was very informative and we enjoyed her company. We saw many places and she accommodated our requests and slower pace because of my older parents. I highly recommend this excursion while visiting the port of Marseille rather than buying the ship excursion, it is worth the $$$.

A memorable day in Marseille - We really enjoyed this tour, and Nicolas was a fantastic guide. There were a couple of logistical issues, which were out of the company’s control, but overall, we had a great experience. There was a small mix-up with the pickup time—not Nicolas’s fault, but due to miscommunication from the cruise ship. Passengers were told disembarkation would begin at 9:30 AM, and our tour was scheduled to start at 9:45 AM. However, unbeknownst to us, the ship actually began letting passengers off earlier. We met Nicolas at 9:40 AM, and he initially thought we were running late. The second issue was also beyond Nicolas’s control. When returning to the port at Marseille, the port authority wouldn’t allow Nicolas and his van back inside to drop us off—only buses and taxis were permitted. Despite Nicolas trying to reason with the security staff, we ultimately had to walk about 20 minutes back to the ship to make it back on time. That said, we thoroughly enjoyed the tour itself. The visit to Aix-en-Provence was lovely, and Nicolas’s commentary throughout was insightful and engaging. We also loved our time in Cassis—the views from the viewpoint were absolutely stunning, and the wine tasting Nicolas arranged was a great touch that everyone appreciated. Despite the logistical issues, which were out of the company’s control, we would definitely book with them again. Nicolas was professional, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to ensure we had a memorable day.
