The driver will arrive at the meeting location with a name board 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time. If the driver cannot locate the guest, they will contact them via WhatsApp or text message, so guests are encouraged to keep their smartphones accessible.

Guests are asked to check that no belongings are left behind, especially smartphones and purses. If something is left behind, the driver should be contacted as soon as possible. As long as the guest has not yet departed from Japan, the item can be sent to the next destination via cash on delivery (allowing at least two days for delivery).
