Superior Service - Great experience with the transfer. Be careful getting out of the terminal to the meeting pick up area. There are hordes of timeshare and second-rate tour operators in a large room before after you exit the customs area. Simply walk by them to the exit to get outside and the meeting locations are clearly marked. They had my name on their clipboard and we were off in a new Suburban to our resort. All was excellent!

Good service - The transport hub is extremely crowded and it is a little difficult to find the driver of your ride.

Great Airport transportation - They were where they told us to meet them and he was very friendly and helpful. Juan our driver was great. He was friendly and informative. Would highly recommend this transportation company.

Juan is the best!! - Juan was our driver from the Cabo airport to our hotel. He was extremely friendly, punctial, knowledgeable, and had beer and waters ready for us. I will definitely be requesting him on my next trip to Cabo. Juan is the best!

Last minute plans - The trip was good. No issues. Our driver was waiting for us at the airport and had cold drinks for us in the van. I would recommend to anyone.

Book it you will love it - I am so impressed with the Sunny Hill Tours operation. Let me tell you about them. I traveled with friends and family to Cabo San Lucas. I booked Sunny Hills Tours for our round transportation from and to the airport. First. It was so easy to book and the instructions were clear. They will email you and text you if you have any questions and requests. Then at the airport, you will meet supper-friendly drivers and have clean and tidy vehicles. Also, they will offer you a drink if you want free time of charge. You will travel in a spacious vehicle. Lastly, they will text you for times to pick you up for your last day back at the airport. That will make your life so easy and hassle-free. Love it. You will love the service too.

Waited too long - The Driver didn’t check our flight status and we waited for 45 min after clearing customs . We had paid for a private transfer, I believe with that price they would keep watch on the flight and be on time.

Reading the great... - Reading the great reviews, I was excited to try their transportation. When we arrived, they were not at the place where they told us to be. After waiting about 5-10 minute, I called the company and he sounded surprised to hear we arrived and told us that he will be coming to get us in 5 minutes. He didn’t come for another 10 minute. The driver was not friendly. There was no cold beer as described in the booking description. Threre was an ice chest with cold water. He didn’t even offer any water. When we asked for beer, he was grumpy and just said “we ran out.” He drove very fast and aggressively as he was in a rush. I felt unsafe as I had two toddlers with me. I asked for toddler car seats when booking and they did not even provide that. Did not enjoy their service at all - or there was simply no service other than driving us from the airport to the hotel. We are using them for a round trip so will see how they will be on our way back home. I am just worried that they don’t run late to our meeting scheduled spot again.
