Fuss-free, no headaches airport transfer! - We were delayed as we had to spend some time to settle our visa and proceeded back to the immigration. As the tour office is conveniently located at the airport. once we were done we managed to locate the staff on duty and managed to reach the hotel safely by the car booked. As it was our first time to Nepal and as our flight is at night we decided that booking an airport transfer directly via Agoda will be easier and more fuss-free!

Everything, in general but the visit to the monastery of kopan will be unforgettable - It was from the beginning fantastic, janardan the Spanish speaking guide I treat myself as a friend giving all kinds of facilities is very professional and good person is to be trusted, and the experience with the route I prepare will be unforgettable, I am already thinking of traveling next year with them to Tibet, thank you, thank you, thank you 🫂

A Wonderful Trip to Nepal - Mr. Janardan arranged this trip with great professionalism and has extensive experience in coordinating with Chinese clients. Every step of the journey, from airport pick-up to the arrangement of local guides, went off without a hitch. Our guide Suku was cheerful, witty, and incredibly attentive throughout the trip; remarkably, this was already his 58th successful tour leading a group! Our porter Bani also accompanied us all the way, and even kindly helped me repair my glasses!

Perfect one stop travel agent from airport pick up to big trek/hike. - It was my first time to Nepal and tried airport pick up and drop off service here. Even I booked just a night before my trip, they could arrange me very well, responded so fast. And the office is within the airport near N-Cell sim provider and can see it along the way to arrival exit before the Lift. They have so many tour packages including trekking near Kathmandu for whom don’t want to go other cities. I tried trekking at Nagarkot. And everything is so perfect for arranging and managing for me.

Perfect transfer - We arrived late and meet the team at their office was quickly escorted to their car with our luggage and within 5 minutes of clearing customs on the road to the hotel, very friendly service and very professional The car was spotless and we didn’t have to lift a thing would recommend this team to anyone .

Filed a complain with Tourism Board, Extremly bad service and didn't pick phone - We booked an airport pickup service with Top of the World Adventure at Kathmandu Airport and paid USD 50 in advance purely for convenience and safety. Our group included three women and one toddler. We also proactively confirmed the pickup via text message two days before arrival, so there was no excuse for confusion or miscommunication. When we arrived at Tribhuvan International Airport after an exhausting 25-hour journey from Washington DC, no one was waiting for us. We called the provided phone numbers repeatedly, at least ten times, and even had my husband call from the United States another ten times. There was absolutely no response. After wasting a significant amount of time searching the airport ourselves, we eventually located their office. Instead of helping us, the staff bluntly told us that they did not have a car available and that there was nothing they could do. The only solution offered was to request a refund. No apology, no backup arrangement, no concern for the fact that three women and a small child were stranded after a long international flight. Because of their complete failure, we lost more than two additional hours at the airport and were forced to arrange three separate taxis on our own. This defeated the entire purpose of booking a paid airport pickup service in advance. This experience shows total lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer care. For a company operating in tourism, especially dealing with international travelers, this level of negligence is unacceptable. I strongly advise travelers, especially families and women, to avoid this service entirely.
