Once the passenger makes a booking, we call the provided number to confirm the details 24 hours in advance. For pickups from a house or hotel to Gatwick Airport, we recommend booking at least 4 hours before the flight’s departure. The typical travel time is between 120 to 150 minutes, and passengers need to be at the airport 2 hours before departure for security checks. Our drivers will meet passengers in the hotel lobby or outside their house. From there, the driver will safely transport them to their requested destination. In case of emergencies, passengers can contact us through our emergency numbers.
