The driver was courteous... - The driver was courteous and drove safely, which I appreciated. However, I was given a smaller vehicle than what I had originally requested and paid for. Additionally, the vehicle was electric and the windows were kept down instead of using the air conditioning, which made the ride uncomfortable due to the hot weather. Overall, the ride was okay, but the vehicle and comfort level did not meet expectations.

Terrible service - Terrible service. We notify the To operator by phone that we had change flight and he never picked us up. And we still got charged for the trip.

No service but no refund!? - Our flight got cancelled so I messaged the tour operator we will need to cancel because we won’t get to Heathrow the date we booked this trip. They just messaged me 24h after to say they can’t give me a refund. I called Viator to document that I needed to cancel and they sent your company the email, and you still denied me a refund. Flight cancellations happen and this should be a very reasonable excuse to give me my money back
