Once the passenger makes a booking, we call the provided number to confirm the details 24 hours in advance. We monitor flights and dispatch the driver based on the flight’s landing time. Our drivers will meet passengers inside the arrival hall at Costa Coffee Shop with a name board. For hotel pick-ups, our drivers will meet passengers in the hotel lobby or at a designated meeting point with a name board. From there, our driver will safely transport passengers to their requested destination. In case of an emergency, passengers can contact us through our emergency numbers.

Complimentary wait times: For airport customers, we provide one hour of waiting time from when the flight lands or 30 minutes from your suggested pick-up time at no charge. For pick-ups from homes or hotels, we offer 15 minutes free of waiting from your chosen pick-up time. Our drivers are friendly and fluent in English. We consistently maintain our vehicles in a clean and tidy state for your comfort during the journey.
