Amazing taxi service - Travelled to the airport with my friends for a fairly good price. The car was comfortable with air conditioning available due to the hot weather. From Stansted airport - He arrived on time and pick us up from the meeting point as agreed. I appreciate that we can talk through WhatsApp when we arrived so we were sure the driver was waiting for us.

Late, aggressive driving, driver has much to learn - Driver was a bit over 20 minutes late. We were at least contacted by the company 10 min before scheduled pick up to inform us, but if that were to happen to someone on a tight airport schedule, it would be a problem for them. The company contacted us again to say he arrived, but that was inaccurate, as it was several more minutes before he actually arrived. I total about 22 min late. The most concerning issue was that the driver drove aggressively and was likely speeding. We were passing everyone else and swerving around other cars. Some of us felt unsafe. 2 of us felt nauseated from the fast swerving. Then, he dropped us off at the first possible spot at the airport, not at the entrance, so we had to walk with all of our luggage farther than necessary. There was room to stop near the entryway, he just chose not to do that. Again, for a person on a tight schedule, this would cause more delay, and is certainly less convenient and more work for the customer. We travel a lot and most private airport transporters pride themselves on being prompt, driving safely, and making the airport trip as pleasant as possible, including dropping customers off as close as possible to their appropriate entrances. This driver did not meet those standards. As a side note, the car was clean and comfortable. It was also pimped out with bright blue interior and star lights in the headliner. We were entertained by it, but while some might enjoy that decor, others might not, so just mentioning it in case it is important to someone else.
