2. Pre-Arrival Contact

Your driver will reach out to you one day before your scheduled transfer to reconfirm pickup details, meeting point, and contact information. This guarantees a smooth and stress-free experience.

3. Flight Monitoring

For airport pickups, we keep track of your flight status to accommodate early arrivals or delays. Your driver will be updated with real-time information to ensure timely service.

4. Meet & Greet

Upon arrival at New Chitose Airport (CTS), your driver will be waiting at the designated meeting point with a sign displaying your name. For hotel or resort pickups in Sapporo, Niseko, or Otaru, the driver will wait at the entrance or specified location.

5. Luggage Assistance

The driver will assist with loading and unloading your luggage. Our vehicles are spacious and suitable for winter equipment, ski bags, and large suitcases.

6. Comfortable Transfer

You will be dropped off directly at your hotel, resort, or specified address. The driver will ensure all luggage is safely unloaded before completing the service.

8. Return Transfers (If Booked)

For departure transfers, the driver will arrive at your hotel or resort at the confirmed time and ensure timely arrival at the airport.
