Best Transfer from airport to my paradise!! - Gerardo picked us up and Eddie dropped us off. They were both exceptional guys and will use them again on our next visit to Cancun!! They were both times waiting for my arrival, good communication via IM on arrival and departure days. They even had a sign with my name in it. Loved that!! So happy we found them and gave them try.

Punctuality - If they want punctuality, you're in the right place. My personal experience. I traveled with my mom in September and both arrival and departure can not be more punctual. The day before they contact you to verify times and there they are the next day exact. 100% recommended. Thank you.

They stole my husband’s suit - We were referred to Caribbean Transfers by a Facebook group for our resort. We purchased the round trip option. Here’s the TLDR: they were very late and they STOLE my husband’s suit. They were about 35 mins late to pick us up from the airport. When we were due to return, we had scheduled for pickup at 1430. They did not arrive until 1525. When we asked the person via WhatsApp they were rude and dismissive saying there was traffic. During that time I checked on google maps, there was not any traffic noted at that time on the way from the airport to the hotel. We almost missed our flight and would have, had it not been delayed. Then the drivers were fine, a bit aggressive on their driving. But the one thing that I want to bring attention to is that we had two backpacks, a suitcase and a suit. When we got out, we were provided with our luggage, which did not have the suit. We reached out to the company and they took a very long time to get back to us, denying they had his suit. We know with certainty that the suit was put into the vehicle and then not given to us. They stole my husband’s suit. I’m so upset by this and heartbroken by the way the situation was handled. We could have had them drop it off with our friends who are in Mexico for safe keeping. We would have even paid. But instead, they lied and kept the suit.

Avoid - Horrible experience. Waited 40 minutes as for shuttle as they kept texting me they’re on their way. Eventually gave up and eventually took a cab. I contacted them for a refund and they refused saying they were there when there was clear evidence they were not. Viator had to step in for me to get my money back. Avoid this company

Horrible no show by company - Horrible experience no show despite giving time of arrival flight number and all details. No body was there to take us to the hotel. After a call by one of the taxi personnel, they said they were late and would come in an hour so we took a taxi instead costing us 3 times the paid rate. AVOID AT ALL COSTS USING CARRIBEAN TRANSFERS. uncaring company - this company along with Holiday Extras how we booked it with thinks its acceptable to leave you stranded at the airport,if you get held up for more than 45mins because of a luggage carousel break down and slow customs. thankfully tui.co.uk sorted it out when they did turn up the driver refused to enter the pickup zone wanted us to leave the pick up zone and go to another part of the airport which the security at the airport strongly advised us against he also coverd his face in the selfi they send you to know what your driver looks like. all in all very stressful after a 10 hour flight

Buyer be cautious. - I contacted the company when I arrived on time from my flight. I was told my pick up would be 2 hours from when I landed. I was told to arrange a different transportation by the company over the phone. I then contacted the company via email and they told me I was marked as a "no show" and I would not be getting a refund. I had them confirm with the staff member my story, and eventually after saying I was involving Viator about the experience and the USA number, they told me I would receive a full refund. I have yet to see the refund.
