Mr. Terrence is the man! - Great experience overall. Mr. Terrence is the man. He was always early, courteous, friendly, and offered great suggestions. This is a great option if you have five or more people (we had 12). Van was new, very clean, and very comfortable.

Great experience - Our driver was excellent. He was on time and made our arrival go very smooth. There was 12 of us and he loaded and unloaded all of our luggage with ease and made sure we all got in and out of the vehicle safely. Our ride was pleasant and he provided some tour ideas and area highlights. We highly recommend Terrance.

Great airport transfer - Prompt, communi ative, flexible and thoughtful. Mr Terrance, from the moment i confirmed my booking 3 days before my flight, he was kind, communicative and very helpful. He was clear in his instructions about where to meet him, helped us with our outbound transportation back to the airport, and was always responsive on text. Extra cherry on the sundae, the history lesson and food recs we got on the way from the airport. The SUV was clean, spacious and he was EARLY, which is on time. Greatly appreciate Mr Terrance and will be calling on him every time we are in town.

Impeccable service - Terrence was so friendly and knowledgeable! It was easy to find him at the airport baggage claim and the van was impeccable and spacious. He knew so much about the city and gave us lots of tips and ideas for our visit. The price as also excellent for a large group and we all fit easily in the van. Great service and care - We relied on Terrence for our church group's visit to the city during a busy time (nine people visiting for a convention of 20,000+), and he did a fantastic job. He took care of our entire group from the airport and back. He was friendly and helpful, incredibly considerate and eager to serve.

Driver was friendly and patient! - Our flight was delayed an hour. Our driver waited patiently for us. Our baggage took two hours to get delivered at baggage claim. Our driver waited patiently for us. We had a very late night, and were a bit crabby, but our driver was the highlight of our trip!
