Great experience - Great sailing day with super nice crew and good food!! Whitehaven must be seen! Snorkeling was unfortunately a big disappointment, you didn't see anything in the murky water!

Awesome experience - My wife and I went on the sunset cruise last night and it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment of boarding with the refreshing welcome drinks to the food platter. A nice relaxed, not rushed, experience, all aboard enjoyed the experience. The young lady Captain and crew of two other ladies were very experienced and knew exactly what had to be done. They also were friendly , courteous and very attentive to any needs you had. Could not of asked for a better time out on the sea. The views were truly amazing.

Continuing to find the most beautiful beaches in the world!!! - On our last full day in Airlie Beach, we did a sailboat cruise to the most beautiful beach in the world, Whitehaven Beach in the Whitsundays Australia. The ride out was rainy, like really really rainy! It's the wet season in north east Australia. I was afraid we wouldn't see the beach I'd been looking forward to seeing. But the crew of the Lady Enid found a snorkel spot for us to wait out the storm. And we were rewarded with a beautiful blue sky for our view of the beach!! This beach is even more breathtaking at low tide, but during high tide, it's still something really special!!

Fun sailing Whitsundays, swimming in the coral reef, Whitehaven beach, and spotting sea life - We had a great time with the Lady Enid crew….sailing the Whitsundays and swimming in the beautiful coral reef. The staff were knowledgeable, fun, and kind. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a full day out and not feeling rushed.

Boat broken, no contingency - Broken boat meant trip cancelled. This was unavoidable, however more contingency options would have been helpful, especially as I had contacted to explain I was here for one day ; and only for this trip. I did find something myself so it seems there were options. A collaboration for the future?

Totally disappointed - We were looking forward for the sailing and snorkeling event for a long time, should have been one of the highlights on our trip from Europę. On the late afternoon before it was cancelled, so we went to the office for a new booking . Standing for one hour in front of the hotel for the pick up we found out the pick up wasn‘t booked and paid by Iconic ….So a wasted day and never again the chance to see Whitehaven …very disappointed …

SCARY and DANGEROUS EXPERIENCE - If I could give zero stars, I would. This sailboat was described as a "yacht," but it was not.It was really old, dirty, and in desperate need of maintenance. It was not comfortable at all. The cushions were flat and dirty, and there were far too many people on this sailboat to stretch out and relax. There weren't enough cushions for everyone to sit on and only one place for about 6 people to sit and get out of the sun and to lean back. Otherwise, we were 8 hours of sitting straight up with nothing to support our backs in the direct sun with no where to lounge or lean. We were supposed to go to Langford Island to snorkel, but instead, we were taken to Hook Island (google the difference) which was inappropriate for snorkling. It was too deep and horrifically choppy water. We were taken very far from the sailboat by skiff, which was difficult to get into because of the choppy water. Three groups had to be taken separately, leaving groups of people in the water more than 200 meters from the sailboat in deep, choppy water. Many did not wear life vests. Several people at times gave the distress signal for the skiff to come back to get them, but the skiff by the sailboat couldn't hear them, so others had to also scream for help. They gave some people pool noodles when they were giving the distress signal. The girl driving the skiff couldn't get the motor working several times as it would die, so that prolonged people getting help. They were supposed to take us to a beach, but nope, we never went to a beach and no explanation was given as to why we weren't. They gave us food for lunch which was tasty- the only decent thing about the day- but nothing to drink, so we drank hot bottled water that we brought with us. They offered to give us water from their esky that tasted fishy, so my husband and I ended up sharing his hot water. They were supposed to allow people to help set the sails, etc., but never offered to do that. It was a horrible experience altogether. We booked this through our cruise ship, and thankfully, because I had pictures to back up my claims, the cruise company gave us back our money. I know that several others on the scenic sailing also complained about it. They also asked us AFTER we were on the way to the island to sign a release of liability, basically stating we wouldn't hold them or anyone associated with them liable for ANY negligence or harm. UNBELIEVABLE. It was a really scary and dangerous time and we felt like poor decisions were made by the skipper of this raggedy sailboat.
