Fantastic Day on the Camira and Whitehaven Beach! - What a fantastic experience. We've been at Airlie Beach for 2 weeks and this was our best day so far. The Camira was perfect, not over crowded and very relaxing. The staff were awesome and so helpful and friendly, including our guide who loved to dance and encourage us to have fun. The food was superb all day with a nice croissant and cuppa for breakfast, cheese and biscuits etc for morning tea, delicious bbq lunch and not that we could fit it in, but chocolate cakes and fruit for arvo tea. We also stayed well hydrated with beer, wine and cider. However the highlight was definitely snorkling on the reef (only negative was the sun wasn't out most of the time, so we didn't get the full range of colours, but still awesome and so many differnt types of fish and coral. Swimming on Whitehaven Beach was also a highlight with the crystal clear blue waters and smooth white sands. Great value for money and would highly recommend to anyone looking to cruise the Whitsundays with their family or friends! 👏👍

Day of Sailing and Sunshine - Unforgettable Family Trip on Camira! We had a big day out on the water with Camira, and it was absolutely worth it! The weather was stunning—sunshine all day—and the service was top-notch from start to finish. Huge shoutout to the amazing crew: Bodhi, Harrison, Trev, Jarrad, Lilly, and our fantastic skipper Jig. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, especially as I had two kids with me. Their attentiveness really helped us relax and enjoy the ride. The food was delicious and plentiful, with something for everyone. Snorkeling and our visit to Whitehaven Beach were definite highlights—just incredible! And the sailing was smooth the whole way. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a big tick off the bucket list. We’ll definitely be back and can’t recommend the Camira enough!

We spent Limited time at Whitehaven Beach due to 1.5 hours lost due to mechanical issues with boat ☹️ - Overall it was a great day-the Staff and the catamaran are lovely. The snorkelling was fun and the food was fantastic along with the included beverages . Unfortunately, our trip was delayed by 1.5 hours in the morning due to a mechanical/electrical issue with the catamaran. The staff asked everybody whether they had commitments in the afternoon indicating that we would arrive back later than normal and therefore extend the day so that we didn’t miss out on seeing anything because of the delay. At the time that seemed reasonable and everybody agreed however when we got to Whitehaven for the walk to the Lookout and then down to swim at Whitehaven Beach the amount of time we were given was limited in that we only got 10 minutes on Whitehaven Beach. This was so that the trip could finish back in the port of Airlie at the normal time of 5:30 pm and in actual fact they did not extend the journey as promised in the morning. Because of this decision we only got to spend 10 minutes on the beach at Whitehaven instead of probably an hour to an hour and a half. That was pretty unfair and deceitful of the staff to do that in my opinion.

Yeah/Nah - This is really suited to a young crowd but is not stated in the advertising. Crew were on the whole great, except for Sam who completely left myself and my friends behind on the walk. When he saw us afterwards he pretended to care. The crew were not honest about how the snorkelling was likely to be hopeless in lumpy seas and high tide, pretending it was great. The food and drink were great & plentiful.

Paid for five stars, only worth one star - Unfortunately, the sailing trip was really disappointing. Despite promises of a full breakfast and a barbecue, we actually got almost nothing substantial to eat. Breakfast was just a cup of tea and a cookie, and the lunch only arrived around 3 PM, even though we’d been up since 7 in the morning. The so-called 'barbecue' was just a cold platter. We only got one small bottle of water, had to tap the rest ourselves, and there were no flippers available for snorkeling. The snorkel tour was basically five minutes in cold water with no fish in sight, and everyone was back out in no time. The crew was unfriendly, and the island walk was just a 'go walk and come back' kind of thing. Overall, we’d give it only one star, even though we paid a five-star price. Definitely not worth the money

Rude and arrogant crew - We were on a trip and stopped in tongue Bay for Hill Inlet. Pulled in blocking a small sailing boat with sails up that was about to leave. Camira crew were very rude and arrogant to the sailing boat, there was plenty of room for Camira to move just a little to let the sail boat leave as it was high water but Camira crew refused to do so when asked nicely by the sail boat. We are sailors in our own country and we would hope never to see a sail boat treated so rudely. Totally spoilt our day to see such bad behaviour.
