Awesome day and great guide. - The surprise birthday cake and the hosts! We had a much needed relaxing yet fun-filled day with Adel, the driver, and staff at the resort. Out of no where Happy Birthday to you was played in english over the loud speaker and a birthday cake, with my wife and my name on it. My wife's birthday was that day and mine was the next day. Everybody celebrated!

Good tour - The tour guide Aladdin was very nice and informative about the history of the red sea. The hotel was not the best l, but the beach made up for it. There should be more information about Add ons to the tour such as paying extra for a boat ride and the extra cost for it.

The tour included... - The tour included breakfast, however the tour guides seemed surprised by that and weren't going to provide until we pushed for it.

Pictures misleading!! Tour Operator unaivalable - Pictures misleading!!!
I must admit that the description of the tour is 80% correct, As a consumer, when you aim for a search for an specific tour, and you go through many vendors, you easily get distracted by the pictures.
Thats the scam I fell into, as I was looking for snorkeling for 2 teen boys. There is NO snorkeling or boat/cruise even in 100km radius offered, even not by external vendors. The tour operators was busy , hasn’t reached to me until now. Thank goodness I had a good driver assigned, who understood our situation and brought us back. However the 1,5 hours to and 1,5 hours back was wasted. The 4* hotel was NO WAY 4*. It was dirty and worned out. We did not had any breakfast or lunch.
