Transfer to the Grand Selva Jungle Lodge with Cacao Experience, Chocolate Tasting, and Night Walk

JUNGLE EXPEDITIONS - LODGE & TOURS - 11 am: Guests will be picked up from their location near Tena and taken to the Grand Selva Lodge. Upon arrival, the staff will greet them with a traditional Guayusa drink and provide a brief overview of the activities and accommodations, including the assignment of a private room.

12 pm: Lunch will be served, featuring local and organic ingredients.

4 pm: Experience the traditional process of cacao bean preparation, enjoy tasting with fruits, and indulge in a facial chocolate mask.

7 pm: Dinner will be served, featuring local and organic ingredients.

8 pm: Embark on a Night Walk to observe various insects, reptiles, and birds, with explanations of their characteristics. This includes spiders, snakes, grasshoppers, frogs, owls, guiles, and the Paiche Arapaima lagoon, offering one of the best night hikes in the Amazon.

Cascadas de Latas - After breakfast, guests will prepare to visit the “Cascadas de Latas” waterfalls. This guided tour leads through a stunning landscape of pure jungle harmony. The guide will explain fascinating aspects of the flora and fauna. Standing beneath the waterfall, allowing the water to massage the body, provides relaxation and rejuvenates the senses. Visitors can see and feel the waterfalls cascading into beautiful pools, inviting them to bathe in the fresh, crystal-clear mountain water.

Full Day Amazoonico 360°, Canoe Tour, Tubing, Animal Rescue Center, Cultural Encounters, Maito, Caimans, Hoatzin

Amazoonico Animal Rescue Centre - At 8 am, guests will enjoy a continental breakfast with homemade bread, eggs, ham, cheese, jam, butter, fresh fruit juice, milk, coffee, and tea.

Then, they will prepare for the “Full Day Amazoonico,” which includes tubing or kayaking down the Arajuno River. Upon arrival at “Amazoonico,” an animal rescue center, guests will have the opportunity to observe wild animals and support their well-being. Later, in a motorized canoe, they will visit Anaconda Island, where an indigenous family will demonstrate the blowpipe, fiber extraction from the pita plant, and the preparation and tasting of chicha. Guests will also see the hoatzin bird and the caiman swamp. A Box-Lunch will be served on the riverbank. On the return trip in the motorized canoe, guests will observe the Paiche Arapaima Lagoon, known as the monster of the Amazon.

At 7 pm, dinner will be served in the restaurant.

At 10 am, guests will be dropped off at their requested location in the surrounding areas of Tena.
