- Las Siete Cascadas - The journey will commence from San Salvador at 6:00 am, aiming to reach Juayua by approximately 8:00 am. Upon arrival, the vehicle will be left behind to venture into the mountains. The path will lead past coffee plantations, offering stunning views of the volcanic mountain ranges. The descent will take us down steep slopes to a series of waterfalls, formed by water collected during the rainy season in the coffee-growing region, with water sources emerging from the rocks. The first waterfall is the tallest, perfect for photography, and offers a refreshing experience. The second is smaller, while the third, known as Rainbow, displays beautiful colors in the light. The fourth waterfall presents a challenge, requiring climbing over rocks, demanding strength and coordination. The subsequent three waterfalls showcase water emerging from the rocks. Additionally, a facial mask will be made using mountain mud.

Such an incredible experience - By far this was the best hike I have ever done with the most amazing views and clearest water. This is an enjoyable but difficult hike. There are steep steps throughout (both up and down hill) and you will have to climb up a waterfall using a rope. Make sure to take good water hiking shoes as they do need good traction on slippery surfaces. Omaro and Marvin were the best guides to have with this hike. They were extremely patient and helpful on the difficult parts of the hike guiding us on foot placement and allowed us to go at a good pace. They also made sure to take plenty of videos and pictures of us to show off to our friends and family. Omaro took us into a cool tunnel at the last waterfall where the water looked like it was glowing blue. At the end they took us to a local food stand across from the checkpoint which was delicious. Will definitely do this hike again when we’re back in El Salvador.

Excellent guides. Highly recommend. - Osmaro was a very friendly, professional and informative tour guide. He was able to at the last minute shift us to the waterfall hike and Hot Springs when high winds prevented us from hiking Santa Ana volcano. Hooked us up with a very good guide for the waterfalls who made us feel safe at all times. I would highly recommend this tour company. We have done a total of three tours with them now.

Amazing experience! - Osmaro was an amazing guide. He was patient and explained things very well to us. He was very engaging from pickup until drop off. He pointed out many things to us along the drive, the volcanoes, ocean, brief background on some of the towns we drove through, as well as some of the history. We hiked up and down hills, climbed a waterfall, and back to the car. It was intense, exhilarating, and more than worth it. After, we went to have lunch and did a bit of shopping. We left from there and went to the hot springs, which was the perfect ending to the day. The drive back was comforting and relaxing. This was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had out of all my travels.

Amazing unique waterfall tour in El Salvador - This was our second tour with Osmaro and was probably our favorite between the Santa Ana Volcano and 7 waterfalls. Osmaro was a phenomenal tour guide again and took us through a less visited attraction in El Salvador. The waterfall hike was a lot of fun and climbing up one of the waterfalls and going down a natural waterslide were the highlights. We even got to eat at a local festival with some amazing and cheap food choices. Would highly recommend this tour to those that want a fun and unique adventure from San Salvador.

Favorite Excursion - We had such an amazing time hiking the 7 waterfalls. The hike was challenging and the waterfalls were beautiful. We had the best lunch at El Jardin de Celeste. Herbert was our guide and he took such good care of us. We had such a good time with Herbert we booked another tour with him for the next day.

You don't want to go home without doing this activity. - Osmaro picked us up from our hotel and provided an informational tour of the city from start to finish. He was so polite and knowledgeable. He took us to the city and we enjoyed every moment of it. The highlights of this tour included dancing with the locals, eating las pupusas while enjoying the AMAZING city lights. Even when the tour was over, Osmaro wanted to show us more of the city and we obliged. We had an phenomenal time.
