I took this class on June 13 and was advised I would get an e-mail with a certificate and my wallet card to show completion. I am doing onboarding for a job and this is one of the last documents I need to complete the class. I waited until Monday morning (June 14th) and sent an e-mail with no reply so I called early afternoon. I was told to send a text message and they would get me an e-mail within 10 minutes with the documentation. I advised I had checked the AHA and nothing was pulling up to show I took any classes and was informed the AHA would not have this information. I sent the text and received two e-mails, one asked me to review the class and the second contained a receipt and another request to review the program. I texted the number again explaining I was still waiting for it and it was important I got it. Finally my husband advised to check the AHA again where the documentation pulled up so I could download the cards. I purposelly took Snappy CPR because of the immediate turn around for getting the cards but got the run around and had to go through the AHA to get my cards myself. This I do not mind, I have done it through the Red Cross for my CPR certification but when the expectation is "you will get it in two hours" to "I will get it sent in 10 minutes" and still have nothing well over 24 hours after the class was complete it is frustrating. I loved the class and felt I learned a lot, I even want my oldest daughter to take a first aid/CPR class with me as she is starting to babysit but this experience was frustrating to say the least.
