Fantastic wine experience in Mendoza. - Monica made our day a very enjoyable experience. She is a happy, fun and knowledgeable guide. The tour and tasting experience at Zapata are first class and the stops at the other two wineries were enjoyable. Thanks Monica for making our day!!

We know launches of wines without alcohol, we taste wines alluding to the dates of our births. - An unparalleled experience, we were welcomed by Paula a fantastic and very nice person who welcomed us already in the dependencies of the reception with a novelty of the winemaking, a sparkling no-alcohol service with girls katana and ice, something new and very attractive going introduced us the family Catena Zapata from Mr Nicola Catena to the last generation, presented the dependencies of the winemaking, all the processes we inaugurated a new experience in the tasting of wines alluding to our birth dates, it was a unique experience!

Sensational - Booking was easy, the contact to pick us up was great, our wonderful driver / guide, called Monica, polite, smiling, funny, good conversation and suggesting more than was on the ride. I was very satisfied. The visit to Catena Zapata was fantastic, with the guide Niko, the best I have ever seen on a guided tour.

Inside the Pyramid - It was a fantastic experience!
The house is to take the hole, the tour, which we did with the guide Flávia, was super interesting! She is very friendly, attentive and polite, in addition to knowing deeply about the subject.

Great Tour (and Monica is a Sweetheart) - Had a great tour - everything was well organised, and it included one winery with a tour and a tasting (and plenty of wine in this tasting) and then 2 wineries to have a glass of wine and enjoy the views.
Monica was my your operator and she was fantastic - while she didn't speak much English (you get an English speaking guide at the winery) we conversed through Google Translate and had a great time together. She took plenty of photos of me and we had a lot of laughs.
Really enjoyed my day!

A good selection of wineries - Three very different wineries 🍷. But we liked to go from Ultra high end to more modest priced.
Our driver was the outstanding Ricardo who was very pleasant,polite and a good driver. Can't recommend and praise him enough.

Bodegas in Mendonza - It was a special day, we met the cellars Septims, Norton (where we had lunch) and Catena Zapata. Wonderful places and accompanied by the guide Mônica Di Santis, a joyful and knowledgeable person of Mendoza to whom we thank you very much. We recommend.

Winery tour - We had a very nice journey with Alejandro. He was very professional and attentive. We enjoyed the experience at Catena. They do a very good job of familiarizing us with their wines and history of the vineyard. The wine itself was also excellent. Our experience at Norton was also nice. We did not enjoy our time at Septima. They hardly talked to us about anything. Just served us a cup of wine and that was it. Not even a greeting. The building was nice but not very good attention. We loved our lunch at Bodega 1870. Very good food and service. Thank you

Misleading winery tour and poor follow-up - I booked this tour because it clearly included visits to Catena Zapata, Bodega Norton and Bodega Séptima.
The visit to Catena Zapata was excellent and definitely the highlight of the day.
However, the rest of the experience did not match the description. Bodega Norton was replaced by Bodega Trivento without any prior notice. At both Séptima and Trivento, we only received a single glass of wine, with no winery visit or explanation.
At Trivento, there was not even the possibility of a self-guided visit, as only the wine bar area was open.
At Séptima, the visit presentation included access to the cellar, but the cellar itself was closed to visitors, so this part of the experience was not provided.
This is quite misleading, as the tour is advertised as a winery visit experience. In reality, only one proper visit was delivered.
I contacted the tour operator after the tour to request an explanation, but I did not receive any follow-up or solution.
I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but guest should be informed in advance and offered an equivalent experience or proper support afterwards.
Overall, disappointing due to the lack of transparency and customer service.
