Fantastic, friendly and reliable company. - We booked this company based on the fantastic reviews. Mounaim was in contact with us by WhatsApp and he arranged the pick up place nearest to our Riad. From booking the day trip to making sure we all were well looked after with safety as the main key Mounaim was brilliant. The mini bus was nice and clean and the driver was very friendly. Mounaim was so helpful and especially making sure everyone was looked after from the camel ride, to the quad bikes, and finally to the meal and fire show at the end. He sat with us during the journey there and back and he was very proud and knowledgeable of his home city. What can I say but we would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a great day out with a very safe and reliable company. Thankyou very much Mounaim and your driver ( didn't get to know his name sorry ), and we hope to see you again one day.

Simply exquisite - Mo was really friendly and helpful to us. He was well spoken and always checked up on everyone to make sure everything was going smoothly.
Due to me having to pray, he was nice enough to adjust the itinerary to my obligations.
All in all an awesome guy and we hope to do more tours with him in the years to come!!!

Good value for money, but room for improvement - After booking, there was initially no contact, even though this would have been necessary, as pick-up from the Medina is not possible. Only after we contacted them ourselves did we immediately receive a WhatsApp message and arrange everything. Shortly afterwards, however, another WhatsApp message arrived from a different number, claiming to be the person now in charge. In Morocco, this naturally makes one cautious – more than once we have been told that a restaurant was fully booked, only to be redirected elsewhere.
Pick-up was slightly delayed and done with a 16-seat bus. After boarding, the guide did not say a single word to the guests for about an hour. Instead, loud French rap music was played, constantly interrupted mid-song to switch tracks. Only shortly before arrival did the guide, Rime, finally introduce herself and explain the itinerary.
The tour started with quad biking. The quads were in mediocre condition: the steering on several vehicles pulled strongly to one side, and some tyres were completely worn. Whether guests had prior experience or not seemed irrelevant. Helmets were provided, along with disposable hair nets for hygiene (a positive point). Guests were briefly shown where the throttle and brake were, and then the ride began – first in a convoy on public roads, then into light off-road terrain, which can already be challenging for beginners. Maximum speed was around 40 km/h. The ride itself was fun and the scenery, with the Atlas Mountains in the background, was beautiful. Unfortunately, there was only one photo stop. The duration of around 75 minutes was perfectly fine.
Afterwards, we were taken to a very tourist-oriented argan oil cooperative. The products are expensive and clearly aimed at tourists. Tea is served, along with some bread to sample olive oil (!), argan honey and peanut paste. This stop can easily be skipped.
Next was the camel ride: about 200 metres in one direction and then back again. Nice photo opportunity with camels and the Atlas Mountains in the background. The animals themselves are interesting, but the experience is very brief.
Dinner took place in tents in the gravel desert, with an estimated 20 buses and around 300 tourists. Guests are seated at tables without any explanation. Couscous, chicken tajine and a small portion of tomato salad are served; the food was good. In the centre, a music group plays and sings, repeating the same monotonous rhythms over and over. Even after everyone had finished eating, this continued. Some tourists danced along; half an hour felt like an hour. Afterwards, the lights were turned off for a fire show under the stars, lasting about 15 minutes – nicely done, but nothing special. Then all buses departed at once, and guests had to search for their group in the dark.
The only truly unpleasant moment occurred on the bus afterwards: Rime provided internet access and pressured guests to immediately write a five-star review while still on the bus. This is completely unacceptable.
Conclusion:
For €30 per person, the tour is overall good value for money – the quad tour alone was worth the price. Rime is friendly, but she would need to take much better care of the group. This starts with greeting guests when they board and clearly explaining the schedule. Explanations during the tour would also be welcome. At dinner, guests are simply seated and left on their own, and there are no clear instructions for departure either. It is not appropriate for a tour guide to behave like a participant, socialising only with one French couple, riding a camel herself and dancing along.
The way reviews are solicited is unacceptable.
