Full tour - Complete tour with an excellent desert experience. The Noureddine guide did everything to provide a comfortable and cheerful trip.

An experience not to be missed! - An exceptional experience from start to finish. The communication before departure was clear, the care impeccable, and our guide Mustapha and our driver showed great kindness and availability. The activities were very well chosen, the dinner delicious and the show just amazing. I highly recommend!

a wonderful experience - it will be very bad of me if i don’t write a review of my experience,cause it was a wonderful one which i enjoyed with my family and i won’t want to gatekeep it from the world. it’s an experience everyone should have and tgere’s no way i will come to morocco and nit have it again, my wife,my kids and I enjoyed every part and the locals were so nice, lost my glasses and one of them brought it back to me, was also scared of the bike, but i was given a tutorial and rode like a pro, it was a wonderful experience overall and i hope you get to experience it one day.

exceeded expectations - Zakaria was our main tour guide and he was on top of it, keeping our group together and on-time, etc. We loved this whole experience and truly this is a bang for your buck. The crew helped take amazing photos of us during the activities from our phones. The quad bike ride is nothing too wild, so I encourage all to go enjoy it! The camel ride is short and sweet, but really enjoyable for the experience and fun pictures. The dinner and fire show was incredibly fun.

All right. - It was my first activity since I’ve been here, and I really enjoyed it. Ayoub our guide has been very attentive throughout. The landscapes are beautiful, I recommend!

Great fun - We visited Marrakesh to celebrate our anniversary, we both throughly enjoyed the tour to the desert and our guide Ossama was brilliant.

Very nice experience, our... - Very nice experience, our driver Abdelwahed had immediately contacted us to provide us with all the info. Arrived just in time and even came to the lobby to pick us up. We had a very nice excursion!

Immersion in the desert - Really beautiful experience! Very kind and helpful guide, exciting tour, first to see how argan oil is processed and then in the desert. 20 minute walk with dromedaries in caravan, unforgettable, tea, dinner in the Berber village and then the concert of Berber musicians and the show with fires. Absolutely to live!

Overall good value with some chaotic parts - Booked this as a suprise activity for my friends birthday during our two day short break to Marrakesh. We booked and recieved confirmation in writing for the 4.30 pick up option a few days before the event. At 11pm the night before the guide what's app'd me to say to meet at 3pm!? I explained this wasn't possible for us as we had a spa appointment booked at that time. Apparently 4.30 is impossible as doesn't leave enough time to get to the desert and do the activities before sunset. It would be helpful if Viator / the company updated the pacakge information to reflect. The time is a vital bit of information. With some rushing our spa experience we managed to get to the exact pick up point at the time agrees. We the struggled to locate the guide and when we called him he said we were in the wrong place. We weren't. We were exactly where we were told to wait. (FYI there are numerous minibuses from various companies that all meet at the same place and everyone is walking around trying to find the one they are booked on). If guides carried company logo signs or boards with their names on this would be super helpful. Finally on board, we departed to pick up another group and then things were smoother. The minibus was safe and comfortable and the music was good. The desert was a mixed bag. The quads were fun but again chaotic. Half the group was given crash helmets and the others weren't. You never know how others will drive or how safe the equipment is- we had to ask 3x and then insist that we wanted them to get them which took time. There was standing around in-between activities to await your groups turn. We made it decision to decline the camel ride even though it was included. They seemed in OK enough physical condition but one was foaming at the mouth a lot and making very disgruntled sad sounds protesting at being forced to stand and sit on repeat. It was shouted at and pushed to sit by the owner and this made us feel for it. They were also tethered together so closely nose to tail , thay they had little space to move their heads freely when walking in circles. It didn't sit right with us as animal lovers. The desert dinner was the best part by far, the food was hot and plentiful. A small bottle of water each was included. Great traditional music and an awesome fire show performance. The guide arranged for eveyone to sing my friend happy birthday which was sweet. Drinks were 100 MAD each for a watery glass of wine but you are a captive audience and the package itself had been very reasonable so it was to be expected. Deffo take a warm coat for the evening and cash as cards not accepted. Once the sun goes down its very cold. Would I go again? Quads- probably, camels- no, dinner with show- definitely Main takeaway- the time you are booking, paying and get confirmation in writing for bears no relation to the time you are told/expected to be ready at short notice. Make any other plans according to that information. take warm clothes and cash.

Horrible experience - This is the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had in my whole Trip the Driver should pick us up around 2:30 but we have been waiting since that time until 17:30, Horrible organisation and very disappointed with the service provided
