Must do if you've never experienced it before - This is my second Ballon ride in Morocco so can give full review with previous Marrakesh experience. It's an early morning pick up 5am as it's an hours drive to take off site between the Atlas mountain and Atlantic Ocean. Picked up in mini bus with other guests and arrived to a fire 🔥 and a traditional Bedouin tent set up, nice touch and wins over Marrakesh experience. The Ballon pilot was called Darius almost from Latvia funny and informative guy. It's still dark intially as the team.set up the Ballon which carries about 10 max so the basket wasn't huge. Your given a full safety briefing before getting near the Ballon. The flight was magical with a good view as the sun crept about the Atlas mountains as we drifted over the fields below. We sat around 1000 metres so take some layers to keep warm, but I was in shorts. The landing was smooth with crew having to guide the Ballon towards the waiting trailer. I say it lasted 45 minutes or a little longer. The only little differences were in Marrakesh it was cheaper and over a small rocky desert type area, with multiple balloons for company. It's a lot cheaper as well that this trip due to that competition. Though the lack of other balloons makes it easier to fly when cloud about. It's appears competition is coming from conversation which will add to experience in my personal option. Though I d say if you can afford it do it it's a magical experience that everyone enjoyed. Once down you get a traditional Moroccan breakfast back in the tent before trip back to hotel by 9.30am in our case.

Early morning hot air balloon ride - Very early start and hence cold to start with. Take-off involves climbing into the basket on its side , the balloon being inflated and then the basket standing upright just before lift off. Breakfast was fine and does include black coffee if you are not a tea drinker

Bucket list experience - Couldn't recommend this activity enough. The team were fun yet clearly experienced professionals and the pilot Darius was brilliant. Despite the winds approaching a wave off, he used his skills to get us airborne and treated us to a spectacular flight across Morocco to the mountains. Was very impressed with the teams recovery after landing and couldn't fault their performance. Back to base for a light breakfast before returning to hotels. Despite the winds, it never felt unsafe and am so glad we booked. Once in a lifetime experience

Very cool unique experience, would recommend everyone to do it once if you get the chance. We definetly enjoyed it. - Our experience was very good. We got picked up early from our hotel and made our way to the drop off point. Everyone was very friendly and had good humour. We rode the balloon for around 40 minutes and then landed and got picked up and drove back to the drop off area for breakfast. Lots of coffee and some nice food for breakfast. Would recommend!

Amazing nature - Make sure you rap up cos it is cold before dawn ,this is a truely amazing activity,with very helpful staff.

Very special experience - What an amazing and unforgettable experience. Highly recommend. Even though it was misty we still saw the sun rise. Good information and briefing provided, very competent driver and crew.

10/10 experience - Incredible experience, driver picked us up on time and it took about an hour to the balloon site. The workers lit a fire whilst we got ready for sun rise. The pilot was fantastic with over 30 years of experience so settled any nerves. Breathtaking views and delicious breakfast. The host kept in touch with WhatsApp and answered any questions promptly.

5* Experience - Highlight of our holiday! We got picked up at 4:15 and travelled for 90 minutes to the middle of the desert. We were welcomed with a fire pit and traditional tea, coffee and cake. Then we got to watch the balloons being put up and flew for about 50 minutes. We saw the sun rise and saw for miles around. We were then picked up from landing and given a wealth of breakfast in a Berber tent before being driven back. Well organised and great memories! Would definitely recommend.

Unforgettable Hot Air Balloon Experience - An absolutely incredible experience that we will never forget. Our pilot David and the crew were fantastic and very experienced which helped settle any nerves. We got picked up from our hotel at 4:30 with about an hours drive from Agadir to the balloon site. Unfortunately due to weather conditions we didn’t get to see the sunrise, however this didn’t spoil the experience. This trip was booked via the TUI website but we would definitely just use this agent directly for any other trips if we ever return to Agadir.
