Sandboarding, sunset and Paradise Valley - Our whole family had a super nice afternoon and evening with Mohammend who is really mega hospitable. A perfect guide. We first made a stopover in Taghazout and then we are the dunes sandboarding and to the fantastic sunset. 2 days later we did the Paradise Valley Tour with Mohammed. That's fantastic. Mohammed is the best host and guide we have had so far on our travels.

Magnificent experience - Fantastic experience... The goats are adorable and seeing them on the argan tree is really like looking at a beautiful painting....😍 They are docile animals and the young have been overcoddled❤️ Our driver Mohammed and the shepherds were really very kind.🤟

A Unique Experience - Fantastic to watch these goats climbing the trees. Could also interact with the goats on the ground as well as being able to hold one that was only 2 days old. The visit to the co-operative which followed was an opportunity to purchase proper authentic argan oil. I would recommend this trip despite the price in my opinion being slightly too high.

Pleasant, albeit staged experience - I enjoyed this activity, although some parts of it didn’t meet my expectations. Our group was small - 7 adults and 1 child. I think they are telling everyone that they will pick them up at 9 am, which obviously is impossible if everyone is at a different hotel. We were the second to get picked up. If I remember correctly, the first group was being picked up from Taghazout and overslept, so we only got picked up after 9:20 am. However, I got a text on WhatsApp from the tour company and the driver separately to inform me of the delay, so we weren’t left wondering what was happening. The place where the goats are is by the main motorway, and there is literally just one argan tree there. Approximately 5 goats were on the tree, but since it wasn’t fruiting at the time, they were there because they had been instructed to be, so it was a performance rather than a natural experience. They are clearly trained to do that, but I didn’t see them being forced to do so. The rest of the goats were resting on the ground around the tree, and their keepers would poke them with a stick sporadically to “do something”. We spent around an hour there, and everyone had a chance to get photos taken and spend time petting the goats. The keepers seemed to have a caring attitude towards them. Once we got back in the car, they started leaving with the herd too, so I am hoping they do this only once a day. The visit to the argan cooperative was pleasant. We were offered tea and briefly educated about argan oil, and then shown a short film. However, don’t expect to see a real-life presentation of how the oil is made. Afterwards, we were introduced to the different products being sold by the cooperative and offered helpful advice. There was no pressure to buy anything like in a souk. At the end, we were offered a small ‘snack’: there was more tea and pita bread offered with argan oil, honey, sugar, and nut butter with argan oil and olives (you can also buy the culinary oil and the nut butter if you liked it). We were almost the last to be dropped back off, and we returned to the hotel around 1 pm.

Difficult to get to the meeting point - We arrived in Agadir on a cruise ship and it was impossible to get a taxi to get to our meeting point. All of the taxis at the dock were there to solicit tours of the city. So we were unable to join the tour.
