• Argan Oil Factory - The driver will pick you up from your accommodation (or chosen pick-up location) at 9:00 am to begin the journey to Imlil. Along the way, you will pass through the town of Tahnaout, where you can visit an Argan Oil Co-operative. Here, you can learn how the women of the co-operative transform the Argan nut into various renowned Argan Oil-based products of Morocco.
• Asni - The journey continues through Asni, where on Saturdays, you can explore a traditional Berber Souk and market.
• Imlil - Upon arrival in Imlil, you will be greeted with a refreshing glass of mint tea and meet your guide to start your tour of the local area. Your guide will assist you in choosing the duration of your tour (ranging from 1 to 3 hours) before heading to the largest and highest village in Imlil Valley.
• Tamatert - The route will lead you past waterfalls and the hamlets of Ait Mizan, Targa, and Imoula. In Tamatert, you will have the chance to admire the ancient irrigated terraced fields of barley, corn, and vegetables, surrounded by cherry and walnut trees. Your guide will highlight points of interest and share insights about the Berber culture and heritage.
• Guest House Ait Souka - Descend through the village of Ait Souka and enjoy a traditional Moroccan meal at a Berber family guest house.
• Taourirt - After a restful break, you will begin your return journey down the opposite side of the valley to Taourirt to meet your vehicle.
• Moulay Brahim - The return transfer will take you through the Moulay Brahim Gorges, arriving at a main trailhead with streams and paths extending in all directions. Here, you can experience a camel ride.
• Marrakech - The journey will then continue back to Marrakech, with an estimated arrival time of around 6:00 pm.
