Great Transfer from the Airport - Great experience! We were met with a sign at the airport. We had enough room for luggage. The van was extremely nice. Everything was as promised.

Our driver was at the... - Our driver was at the airport waiting for us. The driver was friendly, had a welcoming and professional personality . He assisted us with our lugguage. He had great driving skills which helped us relax and enjoy the ride.

Thankful for the stress free service - Our flight arrived 2 hours late and I contacted the team just before take off. We arrived to find our viator representative by the door with a placard displaying my name! She contacted the driver and escorted us to the pickup location, showed us the license plate of the car and waited with us until the car and driver arrived. The driver was friendly and accommodating. We were able to communicate though the team member directing us and the driver spoke limited American English. The driver drove diligently and aggressive yet appropriately for the road and traffic conditions. All in all a positive experience for my first Viator experience.

Unaccommodating Driver - We had a change just before we took off from Atlanta to Sao Paulo. There was not time to reach out to Viator to change the destination. When we got to the airport and found the person with our name on the paper, we tried to tell her that we were not going to the Mariott as originally planned; instead we needed to go the Hilton Garden Inn Santo Andre. We asked her to make sure the driver was aware. We even showed the driver our phone with this hotel showing. We assumed he understood but he spoke NO English. Next thing we know after quite a long drive, he pulled up to the Marriott hotel! It took quite awhile for him to get authorization to take us to the CORRECT hotel which was quite a distance from the Mariott. He seemed annoyed with us and we were very uncomfortable.

Disappointed and cramped - VERY DISAPPOINTED! I had to give 1 star to leave a comment. Ordered and PAID for a 10-12 passenger Sprinter 17 Nov 2025. Received multiple confirmations along with diagrams to meet at Terminal 2. After arriving and making the 30 minute trek to terminal 2, we called your company and were told to come back to terminal 3. Because we were traveling with someone in a wheelchair, we requested you pick us up at terminal 2 as your confirmation emails told us to meet. After 20 mins we were told we were being picked up at terminal 2. A 9-passenger van arrived. We told the driver we had ordered a 10-12 passenger Sprinter, and he let us know this 9 passenger van what we got. We told the driver that our luggage would not fit, but he crammed it in the back anyway. The back van doors would not close with the luggage so the driver disengaged the back seats, causing the seat backs to remain in a leaning forward position, unable to lock in an upright position, so we were not able to sit upright the entire 1 hour 30min ride. After ordering an paying what we needed 17 Nov 2025, your company had ample time to deliver. I did not get what I paid for!
