Travel to Arba Minch, a prominent town in Southern Ethiopia. En route, visit a Dorze Village in the Guge Mountains. The Dorze are famous for their tall, beehive-shaped bamboo houses. If termites infest the base, the entire house can be relocated.

Chamo Lake - Day 02 Arba Minch - Jinka
Enjoy a boat ride on Lake Chamo to see some of the world’s largest crocodiles basking on the lake’s banks. Hippopotami and birdlife are also plentiful. Drive to Jinka, visiting various communities such as the Gamo and Derashe. Stop at Key Afar’s weekly market (if it’s Thursday) and explore among the tribes like the Benna and Ari who gather to trade their goods.

Visit the Hawassa fish market in the morning. Drive to Addis Ababa with stops at the Rift Valley Lakes. In the evening, enjoy a farewell dinner at a traditional Ethiopian restaurant with dancers and musicians showcasing some of the country’s diverse ethnic groups. Transfer to the airport for late-night departure upon request.
