Relaxing holiday vibe - Had a lovely experience at Floating brunchGH. Booking was seamless and communication. The Chef Portia was friendly and welcoming. Definitely a great chilled day and definitely will recommend and at a great location.

Floating Pool - It is a beautiful villa and scenery. The staff and photographer were amazing and made the experience memorable. I love how I got to have the pool to myself and that it was open space. It's best for taking pictures, videos, and relaxing.

Great day - Absolutely loved this experience. The private pool was paradise, but the real star was the unique floating busker, delivering fresh fruits and delicious light meals right to us in the water. It was a fun, luxurious, and unforgettable touch. The entire visit was made perfect by the exceptional staff, who were incredibly attentive, warm, and professional. Every detail was curated for relaxation and delight. A truly perfect, five star day that I can't wait to repeat. Highly recommended

Amazing relaxing experience in Accra - I went here with my husband and two kids. It ended up being the highlight of our time in Accra. We truly enjoyed every aspect, from the delicious (and plentiful) food, to the relaxing private, environment, and to the efforts the hosts went to make us comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone looking to escape and enjoy a bit of private relaxation in Accra - it's worth every dollar!

Keep scrolling - This experience definitely has the potential to be top-notch, but it falls short due to gaps in basic customer service—starting with the owner, Tina. Communication prior to the experience was actually excellent. I received consistent updates regarding time and location, which I appreciated. On the night before the tour, I was asked to move our start time from noon to 11:00 a.m. due to another event, and I had no issue accommodating the change. Upon arrival, the grounds were clean. However, the initial interaction was awkward and unprofessional. As we walked up, a woman who was on the phone abruptly stopped us and asked us to wait. After finishing her call, she asked, “How was the waterfall?”—which confused us, as we hadn’t been to one. After some back-and-forth, she finally asked who we were and why we were there. We explained we were there for the brunch experience, and only then did she introduce herself as Tina, the owner. Unfortunately, this interaction lacked professionalism and set the wrong tone for the experience. The pool at the Pink Hotel was not what we expected. We showed photos from another guest’s experience, and Tina explained that those were from a different location. She then attempted to arrange an Uber for us, stating it would arrive in three minutes. After waiting several minutes while she spoke with an employee, I called my own Uber, which arrived promptly. As we were leaving, she asked if the Uber had arrived and then requested that I cancel mine because hers was supposedly there—though nothing had been communicated to us beforehand. The second location, Villa Vista, was absolutely beautiful. The host there was welcoming and informed us that breakfast was already prepared. However, I was never asked how I wanted my eggs, which was concerning since I have a severe allergy. Because the eggs were served as an omelet with vegetables, I chose not to risk it and only ate the fruit. The pool at this location had bugs floating in it, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the lounge chairs were nice, a Bluetooth speaker was provided, and plenty of photos were taken. That said, like other reviewers, I am still waiting to receive my photos after I was told 2 days in a row I would be getting them. We did receive the full two hours we paid for, but overall, I don’t feel the experience was worth the $90 USD price point. While I wouldn’t personally recommend this experience, I would suggest researching Villa Vista directly, as the staff there appeared more professional and the property itself was cleaner and better managed.

Shameful - This was so shameful for many reasons. My appointment was 11am. Someone was supposed to contact me 24hrs before my appointment to give me the address which never happened. I contacted them in the morning and was asked if I can change my time to 2pm because of some overlapping circumstances which I agreed. Me and my bestie got there at 2pm and the place looked like the aftermath of a tornado. I thought it was a wrong address. We were finally able to get to the pool after an hr. They do take some pictures and videos when they’re bringing the food basket. I requested for them because I knew theirs were definitely going to be the best angle. The lady said the phone is locked and she needs to call her boss for the code and will send them to me later in the day, lol. Never got them. After 24hrs, I reached out but she said she didn’t recognize who she’s chatting and if I could send a picture of me and my bestie so she could send them which I did. Guess, the phone got locked again and her boss probably traveled. It’s a shame people can disregard others in such a way. Definitely not recommending it to anyone
