• Provide Key Details: We need your flight number, airline, date, time, mobile phone number, and ID details for all travelers.
• Set Locations: Provide the full pickup and drop-off address (hotel name, residence, or specific landmark within the 8 km Accra radius).
• Declare Capacity: Confirm the total number of passengers (maximum 3) and the total number of luggage pieces. This is essential for porter preparation, as groups with more than three bags will need official porter assistance and tips/charges from the porters.
• Confirm Time (Departure Only): If heading to the airport, confirm your desired pickup time. Traffic Advisory: Ensure your chosen time includes a significant traffic buffer (especially during rush hour or the peak December season) to ensure timely arrival at the terminal.

Step 2: The Journey Begins (The Meet & Greet)

• For Arrivals (ACC to City): Your representative will be waiting in the arrival hall. Look for a signboard with your name (guaranteed for bookings made >24 hours in advance). Safety & Guidance: The arrival hall at Kotoka can be busy. Our service ensures you avoid unauthorized porters or aggressive solicitors. We have a trusted porter to assist with luggage if needed. Note on Wait Time: All airport parking fees and a minimum of 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time are included, with an additional 30-minute buffer.
• For Departures (City to ACC): Your professional chauffeur will be waiting precisely at your specified pickup location (e.g., hotel lobby or residence curb). Departure Buffer: When booking a ride to the airport, please factor in a significant “traffic buffer.” We strongly recommend scheduling your pickup earlier than usual to ensure you arrive at the terminal with plenty of time for check-in. The recommended time with checked baggage in Accra is about 3 hours before departure. Note that traffic in Accra can be unpredictable, especially during peak travel seasons (such as December).
• Note on Wait Time: We offer 30-40 minutes of complimentary waiting time for departure transfers.

• If you engage other porters, please be prepared to pay/tip these porters directly (standard tipping is recommended at approximately $5–$15, depending on volume).

• Pets: Service is not suitable for pets.
• Traveling with Children: Infants must sit on laps (infant seats available upon request).

Cancellation Clause: We reserve the right to cancel any booking if extreme and unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or major infrastructure failure, prevent us from guaranteeing the safety of the journey or the timely completion of the transfer. In such rare events, a full refund will be issued.
