Nice cruise - Our cruise experience was very pleasant. The common areas were clean and tidy, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and cheerful. The agency guide, Omar, was very available to answer questions and queries, always contactable and concerned about us. We managed to do all the excursions that were described in the program, plus the balloon ride (phenomenal).

If in doubt, you should go! Beautiful Nile Cruise - I was worried because I planned my itinerary on my own, but even before I went to Egypt, a cruise travel agent contacted me from Whatsapp and answered my questions and concerns attentively. Let's get on board. We were very grateful that you upgraded to a luxury ship the day before with the same tour contents and price. The smaller Deluxe Dahabiya cruise liner, not the larger one, was well-cleaned and I was surprised how delicious every meal was. Beef tagine and mango (not frozen, of course) are must-try! You can rest assured that you will be contacted via Whatsapp every day, as well as the morning gathering time when you go to the ruins. Omar, thank you for your detailed support and my selfishness! Mr. Enjy, thanks to you, our trip to Egypt has been many times and dozens of times more enjoyable than we imagined, and we have nothing to worry about, so we can fully focus on sightseeing. Thank you very much for your support!

Aswan to Luxor - A luxurious two-and-a-half-day journey from Aswan to Luxor aboard a comfortable ship, disembarking along the way to explore ancient ruins. Seeing is believing—highly recommended. The guide in Luxor is very knowledgeable and offers exceptional hospitality.

I believe that there is... - I believe that there is no such thing as 2 night cruise to begin with. All the cruises seemed to have 3-14 night schedule, so when you book this, the operator will "squeeze" you into another cruise that somehow matches your schedule. You will be communicated via WhatsApp what is going to happen, and what you will need to do, etc... I had to change the cruise in the middle of night, when the cruise I was on, suddenly changed the schedule due to the demand of the passengers. Some of the guides organized for the tours seemed tired, and unenthusiatic. An interesting way to visit the sites along the Nile, but I wish that I would have known all this in advance. Enjy, the organizer, tried her best to make things happen, but still I have to say the whole trip was a bit choatic. Be prepared for a bit of chaos. Not recommended for the people, whose schedule is tight.

Good experience but old boat (deluxe option) - I choose 2 cabins in the deluxe boat but the boat was old. The beds were single and the bathroom in one of the cabins was leaking water. Food in buffet was okay. The rooms were in the first floor and we could hear the motor all the time (including by night) which can be a bad experience for people with light sleep. Staff was good and the experience is good too. The tours guide were very good except the one in edfu, arrived late and when we should be in the queue to enter made our group separate with different unknown people just to get us all in a store of a family member and made us be the last to enter, it would be good have more time to explore the temple. The last day in Luxor there is a lot of things to see in a short time it would be better to start in the day before (the boat arrive to Luxor in the afternoon of the second day and we had nothing to do that day).

Money Hungry Hell Cruise - I first want to say Enjy and Omar were amazing and very attentive. They answered every question very quickly and helped us the whole time especially when there were issues. The very poor part was the cruise. The cruise was veryyy cheap and were looking to get every dollar out of you the whole time and even demanded money at the end. It also did not look like the photos and was a very old ship with an after taste of cigarettes. When we first boarded the ship, what seemed like the cruise director was very rude and said we are not supposed to be on the ship. As foreigner, this was both very scary and annoying. After calling and texting Enjy (who saved us) the director suddenly switched up and showed us the itinerary and our room acting like he didn't tell us to get off his ship a few minutes ago. This was a HORRIBLE start to the cruise after a 4am wake up. The other staff on the ship was very nice but did not really speak English so that was hard. For example, we asked for sprite or Fanta a few times and every time we got a coke. We tried to correct him but when nothing was done we just accepted it. The ABSOLUTE worst part was at the end. They called our room at night to pay for the drinks, and yes you had to pay for everything like water, soda, coffee, etc. Then they asked for a tip and we gave a tip that was reflected of the service we received (this is the definition of a tip btw). HOWEVER, they both called our room and knocked on our room demanding a bigger tip. Also, this was around 10:30pm and we had to wake up at 3am... This was again a very scary and quite frustrating because the whole point of a tip is that it's reflective of the service (which lacked heavily) and we are not obliged to give a tip, but to be yelled at and demanded more for a tip was just absurd. We just gave them a more to get away from them. Again, Enjy was great but the actually experience was just plain bad and we were looking forward to getting off the ship sadly. This is just the tip of the iceberg, but you get the picture.
