Best Ever Experience on Egypt!!! 👌 - Our operators Omar fromCairo and Enjy from south Egypt made for us an amazing program!!! Omar was responsible for organising our program in Egypt and find the right people to be with us during the whole trip. Enjy carried out our transfers, our schedule organising and guidance to the monuments.. With those 2 (Omar and Enjy), we had no worries during our cruise and roadtrip tours!! They organised our airport pick up, our excellent tour program and all our transfers through Egypt. They both were 24/7 available for us and made us feel very safe and sound.. They texted us lots of times during the day to check on us if everything is fine and inform us about the program...Also, Omar arranged for us an amazing last minute Balloon fly on the check out day of the cruise, to make us more happy.. This activity was extraordinary!! We totally recommend their service!! Thank you for all Omar and Enjy!! ❤️😊 As for the cruise: The boat and the establishments are in very good shape. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with big windows and amazing Nile View. The restaurant, bar and reception are beautifully classic decorated. There is plenty of tasty food on buffee and the manners of the crew are excellent!! Especially our waiter Titu and Mohamed the receptionist, were very kind and friendly to us!!😊 The cruise provided us a belly/forklore dance night, which was very wonderful!! Last but not least, there is massage service in very good prices. Manu is a highly skilled profesional therapist in body/facial treatments. He took our foot pane away and relax our body to go on with the next days program, and we thank him!😊 As for the tours: Private Tour on Aswan Dam, Temple of Philae, Unfinished Obelisc and Nubian village: Our driver Titu was very careful and kind. We loved his manners.. For our best ever guide Yasmin, there are not enough words to describe how lucky we felt that we met her!! Except the fact that she is an egyptiologist with endless knowledge of history, who has the skill to explain Egyptian history easily to audience, she is so kind and nice person that made our day amazing with her smile and her energy..We stayed together much more than expected, because we deeply enjoyed each others company!! We discussed for Egyptian way of life, not only for historic facts and we really appreciated her introduction to the local life of the Nubians.. We had never imagined such an unforgetable day with a guide.. Yasmin is a Friend for us, from now on!! Thank you Yasmin for the unforgetable memories!! ❤️😊 Tour on Ambu Simbel: Everything were well prepared through our transfers and our private tour guide Ahmed was very knowledgable, kind and friendly. 😊 Tours to Edfu and Kom ombo: We admired these amazing landmarks. This stops are really worth it, because you have the oportunity to learn quickly some highlights of the history of all Egypt, in a small group tour. Balloons on valley of the king: Our guide Mohamed were with us from really early on the morning, for picking us up from the cruise and help us with all proccedures before and after balloons. He was very kind and supporting.😊 Private Tour on Valley of the kings, Hatsepsut Temple, Karnak, Luxor Temple: This magnificent private tour begun with our lovely guide Hasaan. He is a history expert and a very nice and kind person. Despite the extremely hot weather circumstances (38 - 40 degrees) , he didnt avoid to explain us everything and make the tour properly.. It is obvious that he is an egyptiologist with many years of experience.. Of caurse our driver Coco helped a lot with his well airconditioned vehicle and his safe driving, and we thank him, too! 😊❤️ Totally, our experience from Aswan to Cairo with Nile cruise and roadtrip tours was something extraordinary!!! 😃😃As Omar told me on the begin, our Happiness is his Happiness.. So Omar after all these, I guarantee you that we are SUPER Happy!! Thank you for everything!! See you next time!! ❤️❤️

Nile Cruise - We had a bad surprise at the beginning because around 2 weeks prior to our embark we were communicated that the price increased almost 150 dollars per person due to a national holiday (which we had asked about previously upon buying it (3 months ago) and they said it wouldnt change anything). We enjoyed our time in the cruise and communication with Omar and Enjy was fast and quick, and they were helpful. The boat was alright, food was good but unfortunately not many vegetarian and gluten-free options. The staff was very friendly and nice. The tours in the temples were nice and the guides we got were nice, friendly and informative as well. The hot air balloon ride was cancelled on the prior night (not the company's fault as it was a government's call), but many locals said it happens very often and it is actually more likely cancelling than not. So dont know how worth it is to buy the package with the balloon included. We quickly got the refund and it was fast and easy, which is good. Overall, the agency was good and helpful, our only recommendation would be being more transparent about the price because we werent expecting to be changed 150 more pp so close to the date.

The ship and the Nile cruise were wonderful, but the service was not. - We had booked the 3-day ‘Deluxe’ Nile cruise with full board. The 5-star ship was called MS Nile Crown III. The cabin was nice and large and the ship's furnishings were luxurious. The food was nothing special. But the restaurant staff were very nice and helpful. Also the maid service was good. Unfortunately, however, the receptionists and porters - especially the receptionist Mohamed - was cheeky and rude. He took our passports at check-in. When we asked when we would get them back, the answer was simply ‘after dinner’ without a "hello" first. When we came back to the reception after dinner to collect them, he just told us that we would only get them back ‘tomorrow’. Another guest was prevented from leaving the ship when it made a stop for a city tour, as he wanted to leave the ship on his own without a guide. After he asked the porter if he was a prisoner, the porter simply replied ‘one moment please’ and continued to block the door and asked the receptionist something in Arabic. After a short discussion, the porter took his hand off the door handle, so that the guest finally could leave the ship. Another negative point was that there wasn't even any water in the minibar and we didn't receive any from the guides during the excursions. At check-out, the receptionist Mohamed opened the envelope with our tip and did not agree to it. We had given more than enough tips for this service. He even demonstratively showed the contents of the envelope laughing to the porters and wanted to humiliate us. We were forced to tip more or he would not have completed the checkout process. This is not at all worthy of a 5-star ship and a ‘deluxe’ category and is the lowest drawer.

Nile cruise was an unforgettable experience. - The Nile Cruise and the tour guide from Aswan to Edfu was absolutely amazing! Samy, our first tour guide, was so knowledgeable and such a genuine man. He loves his job and you can see that. Samy took us to all the places at a very good time and he explained to us everything we had to know about each place and also gave us opportunity for photos. The Nile cruise worth absolutely 5 stars for the crew, the food and the room. BUT! We docked in Luxor one day before we met our 2nd guide Monica and the tour the last day was packed with visiting all the temples in just a few hours in the scorching heat 45°C. It was too much to do in one day when we could have done at least 2 temples the day before when we arrived in Luxor just to save us from having to go out in the hot sun after 12pm. We really had to quit the tour by 1pm as we couldn't handle it. The experience was completely different from what we had with our guide and driver in Aswan. Very disappointed from this part of the tour.

Viator=ruined vacation - They postponed the departure date a day a few hours earlier and they can not find a solution to get off the ship anyway on the same scheduled day since I had now booked a flight. Nobody solves my problem even if they tell me that they are making reports, they left us to ourselves, ruining our holiday.
