A wonderful experience - An excellent experience. Both the tour company and Hany, the driver, confirmed with me the day before. Hany was perfectly on time and drives very smoothly. He provides snacks and water, and the car is very comfortable with AC. During the ride, Hany gives much information about what we see on the way and answers any questions you might have. We stop halfway in a station where we can buy snacks and go to the bathroom. It is clean and we can see a mirage in the desert on the other side of the road. At the temple, Hany gave me as much time as I wanted and I stayed a bit more than 2 hours. I chose the 7 o'clock tour, which is perfect because there are not many people and it's not so hot yet when we arrive at 11 am. I was even alone in some parts of the temple, which I hadn't expected at all. The guide told me that there were 6000-8000 people early on the morning, so if you can, you should avoid leaving at 4 am with all the buses. The French-speaking guide gives a bit of information before we enter the temples because guides cannot go inside. It's a bit of context information and he can answer our questions. Then Hany advised me a good fish restaurant in Abou Simbel and it was delicious. On the way back, Hany even offered me some ice cream and more water, and offered to stop on the road to watch the sunset on the Sahara desert. In the evening, Hany realised I had lost my sunglasses under my seat and he offered to bring them back to the hotel. Thanks so much to Hany for being so kind and for making this day such a wonderful experience! Going to Abou Simbel was an old dream of mine and it couldn't have gone better.

Aswan to Abu Simbel day trip - Our driver Koko was punctual with 6am pickup and patient. Koko took us safely to Abu Simbel as it was a long drive with parts of the road being quite challenging. Abu Simbel was majestic and worth the effort. Before heading back to Aswan, we had lunch at a local place where the food was simple but full of flavourful. It was a good day out and got to the airport in Aswan around 5pm.

Great Abu Simbel Tour - We had an excellent tour with Markos our driver and Hani our tour guide at Abu Simbel. Markos was a very safe driver and spoke excellent English. The minivan was very comfortable and made the long journey enjoyable. Hani, our local guide, was full of knowledge, spoke excellent English and made the experience fun and enjoyable. Markos recommend an excellent lunch spot to stop at ahead of heading home. Would 100% recommend booking with them!

Excellent tour, super recommend - The tour fully met our expectations, the driver was exceptional, the guide excellent. The driver was explaining to us on the way facts from Egypt, super friendly and courteous.

Hany Amir was our driver... - Hany Amir was our driver from Aswan to Abu Simbel. He was a wonderful influence on our experience due to the long drive there and back. He ensured we were comfortable and well looked after and he shared a lot of history about Egypt, the Sahara landscape that we saw on the drive. Once we arrived at Abu Simbel we were taken aback by the stunning statues and temples. Job well done, Hany!

Smooth Car Ride to Abu Simbel from Aswan - KOKO took me on a trip to Abu Simbel. He has a new 2025 BYD sedan with no cigarette smell and a comfortably cool air conditioning system. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Abu Simbel trip! - This tour was truly exceptional. From start to finish. The driver (Hany) drives to Abu Simbel every day, and knows the road so well. Do not be alarmed if your Egyptian driver drives in the other lane to avoid the rough spots. The guide (Omar) was fluent in english and had studied Egyptology, history and english in university. Both of them made the trip totally worthwhile, and attended to our every need. Omar paid for the golf cart, bought additional drinks and snacks, etc. We were so pleased with the fact that we could spend as much time at the site as we wanted (2+ hours). Bothe the driver and guide were known by the security guards and made great recommendations for which vendors to go to. We also went to a spice wholesaler as well in Aswan. Six stars!

An outstanding tour - With Hani as the driver and Omar as the guide, We had a safe and amazing trip to see the breathtaking Abu Simbel temples. Hani made us feel safe with his driving on an otherwise dangerous road, and Omar explained all of the history of Abu Simbel with great depth and detail. Overall it was an amazing experience that all visitors to Aswan should experience.
