Great overall experience! - This was a great experience from start to finish. Hany, our driver was very professional, a safe driver and made sure that we had a wonderful experience. He was very thoughtful, checking in to see if we needed anything many times while also pointing out interesting sights on the drive out and back. Our guide was very knowledgeable and told us some very entertaining stories at the temples.

Amazing day at Abu Simbel with a great team - The Abu Simbel tour was absolutely fantastic. The temple is truly impressive and well worth the trip. Our driver, Koko, was amazing. He was kind, genuine, and a very safe driver. He took great care of us throughout the entire journey and made sure everything ran smoothly. Our guide, Walid, was also excellent. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to share the history and details of the site, which really added to the experience. Thank you both for such an amazing day. One useful thing for future travelers to know is that the police checkpoint in Abu Simbel closes at 4:00 pm, so it is important to plan the return and leave before then.

Abu Simbel - well worth the visit👍😀 - The driver arrived on time at the agreed pick up point and drove very smoothly to Abu Simbel, inspite of the road conditions. Abu Simbel itself is fantastic and worth the over 3 hour drive (one way) from Aswan. Not sure if we were just lucky but we arrived around 11:30 and many of the large tour groups had left so not so crowded. We had a private taxi driver which was great.

Amazing trip to Abu Sibel. - We had a wonderful experience at Abu Simbel, all thanks to our guide Ahmed. We had a smooth pick up and drop. The quality of the car was also good. The driver also drove very well and was safe. Ahmed explained us the history and significance of the temples. He was patient, friendly, and ensured we had enough time to explore, take photos, and absorb the beauty of this magnificent site. Highly recommend to anyone visiting!

Great day trip to Abu Simbel - Perfect day trip to Abu Simbel. Picked up at our boat in Aswam at 8 am by Rom. Excellent driver and clean, comfortable car. Returned by 5 pm. Missed the crowds. Abu Simbel is beautiful and worth the detour. Everything seamless. Highly recommend

Excellent overall - Excellent tour. The driver was on time and the car was very comfortable as well as the journey. The guide did a great job explaining things outside the temple. Guides are not allowed to go in the temple, but he gave us a great description along with where to find things, and we were able to pop out to ask him questions. I also really appreciated the company allowing us to start a bit later at 930am. The car was completely private. The driver drove in a safe manner, the water and snack was provided as advertised and we got to enjoy a quiet ride.

There is no such thing as the LUXURY LIMO, per the tour operator even though we paid for it. - Excellent EXCEPT there is NO LUXURY LIMO, which we paid extra for. Our knees were pressed against the back seat of the Mitsubishi Expander. My husband is 6'2" and I am 5'11". This was the only vehicle used for a two person private tour, per the tour operator. There is no luxury limo. Bait and switch? We paid the extra $60.00 charge for the "limo", which does not exist. We did not expect an "American style limousine". We did expect a comfortable car we would fit in, for the 6+ hours ride. The tour operator has told me twice he will not refund the difference. From the tour operator "This is what everyone recommended as an MVP car, not a van. This is the largest for 2 ppl". Even though the tour we purchased said "Luxury Limo", that does not exist and apparently neither does the extra $60 we paid. Our driver and guide were excellent! Omar (guide) and Hany (driver). Omars knowledge was exceptional. He allowed the appropriate amount of time at each site and explained everything we were seeing. Our driver knew the roads impeccably! I would very highly recommend the tour but I would not recommend the luxury limo upgrade. It doesn't exist.

He also demonstrated good judgment in selecting rest stops, choosing locations that were clean and well-stocked so I could stretch my legs and grab additional refreshments as needed. For anyone planning the Abu Simbel trip from Aswan, I highly recommend booking a private tour with Hany. The convenience, comfort, and added historical context made it well worth it.

The car was very... - The car was very comfortable and our driver was friendly and careful. The egyptologist in Abu Simbel gave some basic information, but I would have liked more context. It was hard to ask specific questions without extra context. Satisfactory overall, but not excellent.
