• For arrival transfers, the driver will wait for you up to 1 hour from actual flight landing time. If you will be delayed, please call the local operator or the VooTours hotline to inform them of the delay
• If you cannot be reached after the waiting period has ended, it will be considered a ‘no show’. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued
• Departure Transfers*
• For departure transfers, please be at the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time
• For departure transfers, the driver will wait for you up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pick up time. If you will be delayed, please call the local operator or the Vootours hotline to inform them of the delay
• If you cannot be reached after the waiting period has ended, it will be considered a ‘no show’. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued
