I loved the museum, I... - I loved the museum, I really liked that it’s organized by time and not geographically. Love the outside of the building and the whole aesthetic of it. The agency that took care of my tickets could’ve sent the tickets sooner, I was getting anxious because they sent the tickets the same morning of the activity.

Like the Louvre, but smaller and more luxurious - Simple entrance to the museum. Nothing to report on the Service since we go there by our own means. Very interesting museum. Don’t hesitate to go to the museum restaurant: it’s not mentioned on the signs, but it’s a subsidiary of Fouquet’s that is worth the visit.

I visited the Louvre Abu Dhabi on short notice. Thank you for visiting us! - Having decided to visit the Louvre in a hurry, we applied for tickets at the door. We thought we could get a ticket as soon as we settled because it was an application via the app. We took a taxi to the Louvre from our accommodation. We arrived before the opening hour and enjoyed the view and appearance of the sea for a while. Now, when we open and go inside... tickets~! We exchanged several times via email and they gave us tickets immediately, which was really helpful. The museum featured art, paintings, and sculptures from various ages around the world. The domed building also had a ceiling that looked like Abu Dhabi's iconic palm motif, with natural light and white walls with monuments of words, all of which were wonderful works of art. I thought I would be able to look around in two or three hours, but I was in a hurry and didn't have enough time at all. I was thrilled to meet a big tortoise on the way and its wonderful environment!

I had to buy a separate... - I had to buy a separate ticket at the counter for the admission the viator qr code wasn't specific and the vendor communication was poor i didn't understand they had to send another voucher which was a hassle

We did not get our tickets - We did not receive our tickets as promised. I messaged the day before, and they had promptly responded that we would receive the tickets on the day of our booking. On the morning of our booked trip, we did not receive the tickets. We called this tour operator 3 times, but there was not response. We had to escalate to Viator Support, who also could not reach them by phone. We have requested a full refund for services NOT rendered, but we are awaiting the company's response. Fingers crossed we get our refund.
