Well,alot of photos were taken.we had fun and also overwhelmed driving on the sands but it was all worth it.the quads ri - Me and my husband had a good experience from the pick up point to the end of the planned time.our driver Faisal is a very nice and friendly guy that I would recommend to anyone.thank you for the experience

Good Price Value for the Experience - Pros: mosque was beautiful. Make sure abaya is not transparent or they will not let you enter (like if you have a slip underneath a dress and the strap of the slip is visible: no entry). Desert snowboarding was very fun and the sunset was breathtaking. BBQ dinner was entertaining and delicious.
Cons: unless you are interested in the history, DONT do the guided tour of the mosque. It won’t leave you much time to take photos. However, you will be allowed access to another room if you do the tour and can ride on trolley car. Bring water to drink after exiting mosque; very hot. Pack a snack or eat breakfast because I had less than an hour between drop off from mosque at hotel to hotel pickup for safari. Not enough time for lunch and dinner was served around 6:30pm.
Camel ride is just a loop in a circle.
ATV riding is extra. It’s showing up as a pre authorization of $100 USD, but i think the initial price I was quoted was cheaper (can’t recall). Then during stop on ATV, I was instructed to take a pic with the falcon with my PERSONAL CAMERA and afterwards they demanded payment. I was not informed of price beforehand. When I told him I would not pay 40 AED, we agreed on 30 AED. However, they still typed 35 AED into the card machine and I made him change it. Be very VIGILANT when paying with card. They intentionally try to overcharge tourists if they think you aren’t paying attention.

The best birthday ever - This was my first time in Dubai, and I booked this experience for my birthday. I can’t even explain how unbelievable it was! My tour guide, Jamshi, was absolutely amazing. He shared so much about the city, kept us laughing the entire time, and even surprised me with a birthday cake! 🥹🎂. It truly was the time of my life, and Jamshi was a huge part of what made it so special. The entire day was perfect from start to finish. If you want to have the greatest experience ever, request Jamshi, you won’t regret it!

Desert safari - Anwar was such a great guide ! Very helpful and informative very attentive to us always asking if we were good and gave us so much water because it is so hot in Dubai in September! If you get anwar as a guide you will have the best experience!

Sand dunes and dinner - My recent excursion with Sajeer as our tour guide was an unexpectedly delightful experience. Right from the start, Sajeer proved to be a standout guide—his attentiveness and helpfulness were evident in every aspect of the tour. He offered insightful commentary and answered all of our questions with enthusiasm and knowledge, making the journey educational and engaging.
Although the tour was not entirely private, it was pleasantly semi-private, as our group was small enough to feel intimate and personal. This allowed Sajeer to give all participants individual attention, enhancing our overall experience.
The excursion itself was packed with fun activities that kept everyone entertained and engaged. The seamless organization of events demonstrated Sajeer's excellent coordination skills. One particular piece of advice I'd like to offer is to refrain from purchasing any extras prior to arriving at the camp. Contrary to what might be suggested initially, once you get there, you'll find that everything is included and gratuitously offered.

They changed my tour at the last minute - I booked through this app primarily because it offered the chance to visit both the Grand Mosque and the desert safari on the same day, which was essential for my 1-day stay in Dubai. However, less than 18 hours before the tour, they reached out to inform me that this was no longer possible. Instead, I had to choose between a full-day Abu Dhabi tour or a desert safari, or I would receive a refund. This last-minute change left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied, as I had no time to look for alternative options and was forced to select from their limited choices. Overall, the experience using this app was disappointing and not what I had expected.
The only good thing was that a couple from the Abu Dhabi tour couldn’t go, so the guide could rearrange my tour, so I could do both at the same day. The guides were amazing and tried their best, so I could be happy.
But I’m never using this app again, I don’t wanna any new surprises again!

Bundle excursion review - Mosque portion: Raffi was amazing!!! Awesome customer service. Helped us insure we were appropriately dressed before entering the mosque. There every step of the way to ensure we had an enjoyable time. Very knowledgeable and took pictures of us!
Dessert portion: Santu (driver) was awesome. There is room for improvement overall for this excursion. There needs to be more details around what is included in the price paid and what’s considered an add on. ATV is NOT INCLUDED and must be paid separately. We also had someone walk up to us with a falcon for pictures during ATV with no mention of it being an additional cost. Made us pay 50 AED. The pictures were on my phone - not even a professional photo. Overall pretty disorganized when we arrived.
The food was good. Performances at the camp were mediocre except for belly dancer and fire show. The vendors were extremely pushy while trying to enjoy your dinner and mingle with new friends - asking 3,4 times in a 10 min span if we wanted sheesha or drinks. Make sure to walk up and get a henna tattoo if you want one- she won’t walk around and we missed the window.

Honest review - For the combo pricing it was worth the money BUT there were a few things I disliked, heading to the mosque the driver SQUEEZED in 7 people uncomfortably in a truck, minivan, was super uncomfortable. I was one of the first pick ups so I seated for roughly 3 hrs before the drop off at the mosque. The tour isn’t a guided tour, you walk around by yourself, take photos and experience the mosque. ALSO purchasing the abaya was never mentioned, so on top of the tour I had to pay $40 (for the cheapest) since Abaya is mandatory (be mindful of this or purchase in advance).
Now that its drop off time, in between the tours they literally give you minutes to get to your hotel, and next driver pick you up for desert activities, (not enough time in my opinion). Again the next driver had 6 guest in another small mini van uncomfortable. We get to the first stop & we can purchase additional atv rides optional. Since I didn’t want to pay extra for anything I had to sit around & wait close to an hour for those who did (never was disclosed prior). Everything else was perfect. But be mindful of these things. It was for sure worth the price for the combo deal but it was an extremely LONG day, got picked up at 7:30 am & didn’t arrive back until close to 10pm! About 7 hours of that was in a cramped up mini van driving to pick up others, and to/from the destinations. I would recommend if your ok with everything.
