Disappointing Experience – Itinerary Didn’t Match Expectations - I was really looking forward to this tour as it included a visit to TeamLab, a mosque, and included transportation from Dubai — exactly what I had been searching for as a solo traveler. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. The mosque itself was stunning, but the tour was poorly organized. Our small tour group of six was combined with a much larger group of about 30 people, and the guide assigned to us often walked far ahead without checking if the group was keeping up. His only identifier was a black cap he occasionally waved, which was hard to spot in the crowd. The visit felt rushed and chaotic, with many in our group frequently unsure of where to go next. I highly recommend visiting the mosque, but I’d suggest going with a different tour company for a more organized and enjoyable experience. The biggest letdown for me was the TeamLab visit — the main reason I booked this tour. Although my itinerary included a two-hour visit, I was told on the day (literally in the car amongst the other 5 persons in the tour group) that no one else in the car had booked this option, and I’d only be allowed 30–45 minutes so the rest of the group wouldn’t have to wait in the car long. This put me in an extremely uncomfortable position where I couldn’t fully enjoy the experience I was most excited about. When I asked if the others could be dropped off at Ferrari World (part of their itinerary, not mine) while I finished the teamlab visit, I was told that wasn’t possible. Thirty minutes is nowhere near enough time for TeamLab because all of the exhibits are extremely interactive, and this part of the tour felt particularly disappointing, especially when the itinerary has it listed as 2 hours. While inside I found out from the ticketing agent that most people spend 2-4 hours inside, and he looked shocked I only had 30 minutes. Other stops felt misleading. The so-called Islamic museum turned out to be a shop with a single room labeled as a "museum" followed by multiple rooms of items for sale. Similarly, the "dates market" was just one shop selling dates, spices, and sweets — nothing you couldn’t find in a regular souk. Overall, the itinerary did not reflect what was promised, and the experience felt disorganized and rushed. I would not recommend this tour company based on my experience.
