• Each passenger must present an original valid ID or passport
• The weight limit is 110kgs per passenger per seat, passengers who weigh more than this or close to this are required to add/purchase one more seat due to weight and balance limitation of the aircraft. We cannot offer a tour if a seat belt extender is required. Otherwise guest has to book a private flight.
• NO SHOW POLICY: If passengers fail to arrive for their scheduled flight without notification at least 48 hours prior to departure, the booking will be cancelled without a refund.
