Influenced by Chinese architecture, it underwent a major restoration in 1937. In 2012, UNESCO recognized Taman Ayun Temple as part of the world cultural tourism site.
• Alas Kedaton - The name of this monkey forest is derived from alas (forest) and kedaton (kingdom). At its heart is the Pura Dalem Kahyangan Kedaton Temple, surrounded by pathways that offer a delightful walk along the moss-covered temple walls. The temple gates are typically closed when no ceremonies are taking place, but you can easily peer over the shoulder-high walls for a glimpse into the temple grounds.
• Tanah Lot Temple - The legends and stories of this sacred site are nearly as captivating as the temple itself. After the revered priest Danghyang Nirarta spent a night here, the Balinese people decided to construct the Tanah Lot temple at this location. Legend has it that a bridge once connected the mainland to the temple, but it was destroyed by the mighty sea. An intriguing feature is a cave with a mystical spring beneath Tanah Lot, where the water is fresh despite the temple being surrounded by the salty ocean.

This package offers an exciting one-hour buggy ride in Bongkasa Village, followed by a visit to some of Bali’s most renowned coastal temples. The day starts with a convenient hotel pickup to the buggy location. Participants will then embark on a thrilling one-hour off-road adventure, navigating through lush rice fields, challenging muddy tracks, dense jungles, and even discovering a hidden waterfall and tunnel.

After the ride, a delicious lunch will be served at the Bali Buggy Restaurant. The cultural journey continues to Taman Ayun Temple, a beautiful royal temple from the Mengwi Empire, known for its stunning architecture and surrounding moat. Next, the tour visits the Alas Kedaton Monkey Forest, a sacred sanctuary home to hundreds of long-tailed macaques.

The final destination is the magnificent Tanah Lot Temple, perched on a dramatic rock formation in the sea, constantly embraced by the waves of the Indian Ocean.
