What to Expect…

Upon arrival, you’ll be checked in, share your preferred mixer, and enjoy a perfectly crafted double G&T…or G&L.

The experience is led by the Head Distiller, who begins with a brief introduction to gin-making, organic spirits, and distilling history, featuring a taste of our exceptionally smooth organic base spirit.

Enhance your palate with a guided tasting of single distillates, followed by an engaging Mystery Challenge to test your new skills.

Sample a selection of locally distilled gins before choosing a final made-to-order G&T from our range.

With your final drink in hand, the experience concludes with an informal Q&A with the Head Distiller, followed by an invitation to explore the gins and gifts at the distillery shop.

Join us for a guided gin sampling session, conducted by the Chief Distiller where you’ll get to try individual distillates of classic gin botanicals such as Juniper, Coriander, Angelica, and Orris. It’s a great way to discern the unique flavours that contribute to gin’s distinct taste and is a must-know for any gin enthusiast!

During the session, you’ll also get to try the variety of Aberdeen Gin varieties produced in small batches, including London Dry and Fruit gins.

Be adventurous and take part in identifying the mystery single distillate! Who knows, maybe you’ll be the first to correctly guess the botanical?

The session wraps up with a G&T tailored to your preference. Be it any gin from our variety or perhaps one of the single distillates you developed a liking for during the session.

All of our gins and distillates are made using only the finest organic alcohol, ensuring an indulgently smooth experience.

Upon completing the tasting session, you’ll possess the capability to identify the different flavours in gin. With this newfound knowledge, you can explore and enjoy the gins in your home collection using the tasting techniques learned during this Gin Tasting Masterclass.
