This exclusive tour takes you to four significant locations in the life of Outlander’s Jamie Fraser: Lallybroch (Midhope Castle), Jamie’s ancestral home, Linlithgow Palace (Wentworth Prison), Blackness Castle (Fort William), and Doune Castle (Castle Leoch). The Feast of Winterfell was filmed in the Great Hall at Doune Castle. Doune Castle was also the starting point for the Outlander “Blood of my Blood” filming.
The first stop on this tour is Lallybroch – Midhope Castle.
Midhope was constructed in the 15th Century by John Martyne, laird of Medhope, and was rebuilt in the mid-1600s. Next, we visit Doune Castle, prominently featured in Game of Thrones, as well as Castle Leoch in Outlander and Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
