One of the game pieces was faulty. We knew the answer to the safe but it didn’t open; we then spent 15 minutes more trying to figure out the combo only to find out we had it correct. A few more of us tried to to open it and finally the person working had to come open it. We had a great time but think we could have made it out if we’d had all that time back!
I think there should be age requirements for the rooms. We were limited based on children being too young and in the way.
Host didn't tell us that we could go back in the first room. Actually we didn't know how many rooms. Still have got our group picture.
I feel it is a little pricey for the experience, but it was fun
The confusion of the instructor
It is definitely nice to have this in Erie and we did have a good time. I was under the impression that we would be allowed an hour in the room and not 50 minutes. That was my only concern, otherwise the staff was very personable and helpful. And we had 2 people who at the last minute were not able to attend and was given a prompt refund. Thank you for the experience-we will be doing this again!
We wouldve been VERY satisfied if our group of 4 was by ourselves. The other 3 people (strangers) made it less enjoyable. The man grabbed the blacklight right out of my hand. They kept asking for clues even when we had the answers. It's a shame we paid all that money for a great time and it was taken away by those 3 people. Next time we will book privately (as we NOW know that is an option)
We didn't know what you expect going in and went in as a family of 4 with 2 kids. Being first experience it went well but would have went better with adults instead of the kids. Time flew by, we may go back with friends to attempt a different room at a later date and spend half as much. $25 per kid under 12 was to much.
We expected something more real and thrilling. Challenge was okay.
