The Dahshur area is a royal necropolis located in the desert on the west bank of the Nile, approximately 40 kilometers (25 miles) south of Cairo. • Mastaba of Ti - The Mastaba of Ti is one of the most important archaeological sites in Saqqara. The mastaba was discovered by Auguste Mariette.

The mastaba contains two serdabs. The walls of the tomb display various scenes of everyday life.
