Standing on the wall and observing its endless stretch is a thrilling experience.
Hutong Tour - In the afternoon, a fascinating tour of the old Hutongs offers a glimpse into Old Beijing’s culture. Summer Palace – High-Speed Train to Xian
Summer Palace (Yiheyuan) - After breakfast, the first stop is the Summer Palace. Located in northwest suburban Beijing, it is the largest and most complete imperial garden in China, originally built in the 12th century as an imperial palace. Covering 304 hectares, the Summer Palace features scenic hills and water, with Kunming Lake comprising four-fifths of the park. Major attractions include the Long Corridor, the Pavilion of the Fragrance of Buddha, the Sea of Wisdom, and the Hall of Dispelling the Clouds and Suzhou Street. The Summer Palace was added to the world cultural heritage list in 1998. After lunch, the group will head to Beijing West train station to board the high-speed train G87 (14:00-16:20) to Xian. Upon arrival, the local guide will meet them at the train station and transfer them to the hotel.

Xi’an Mosque - After lunch, the tour continues to the Great Mosque, one of the oldest, largest, and best-preserved Islamic mosques in China. The Muslim Street is the center of the Muslim community in Xian City.
Gao Grand Courtyard - The group will visit GaoYue Song’s ancient style Folk House, a former high-ranking official’s residence from the Ming Dynasty, approximately 300 years ago. This house received the UNESCO Prize for Cultural Heritage Protection in the Asia-Pacific Area in 2002. Visitors will also enjoy a dying art: Shadow Play Opera performed by farmers.

Xi’an City Wall (Chengqiang) - The City Wall is the most complete city wall remaining in China and one of the largest ancient military defensive systems in the world.
Shaanxi History Museum - The tour includes a visit to the Shaanxi Provincial Museum, the largest comprehensive museum in the province.
