At Monte & Panela, guests are welcomed directly by the family, without intermediaries, at their 100-year-old finca nestled in the Andes Mountains.
The groups are kept small and intimate. Upon arrival, guests are greeted with freshly brewed local coffee. Following this, a farm-to-table breakfast is served, featuring a traditional recipe from the grandmother, accompanied by fresh cheese made on the farm. The animals roam freely and are treated with respect: guests can milk cows, feed calves, and ride gentle horses across 200 private acres of pristine nature, safe trails, and stunning mountain views.
Juan José, the third-generation caretaker of the land, personally guides guests throughout the experience, ensuring they feel at home and part of the family.
